2 Bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, with Cal-King size bed in the master bedroom and 2 individuals beds in the guest bedroom, and sofa sleeper in the living room!

The unit’s assigned parking in a gated / control access garage, private patio/balcony, cozy fireplace, huge walking closet, all units come with all the stainless steel appliances like fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and Washer & Dryer in the unit!

As far as the furniture (Newer or brand new) goes it comes with high end and modern furnishings, absolutely everything beds, nightstands, lamps, Iron, ironing board, hangers, bedding. Living room has sofas coffee tables, 55-60 Inches Plasma TV, Blue-ray DVD player, lamps, rugs. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishware’s, cooking tools, serving utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, all small kitchen appliances and much more.
Professionally & high end well decorated, (Plenty of art work/frame, rugs, lamps, etc.)
Extra linens and plenty of towels, TV and most of the rooms! Unfortunately our units are Non-Smoking units but every unit has large patios!

Courtesy starting package: Napkins, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubber, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent & softener, spray odor and rack of spices!

Flexible terms, pet friendly / pets allowed, on-site maintenance, 24/7 emergency contact, bilingual staff. Additional housekeeping and maid services also available upon request. Check for desired frequency and pricing.

For the furnished units Security Deposit is (Based on good credit) ($100 cleaning fee at the time of the move-out deducted from Sec. Deposit).
