Elaine is amazing! She is extremely quick to respond back to all questions and literally does everything to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Sharing goodies from her garden, hiking trail suggestuons, farmers market information and more. House is very conveniently located to West Stockbridge, Tanglewood and more. Great large house for lots of guests or can just enjoy the big back screened in porch on your own. Kitchen very well equipped. Elaine is a joy!

A group of six former college friends rented Elaine's farmhouse for a weekend reunion and birthday celebration. Elaine greeted us warmly with fresh flowers and greens from her garden and helpful information about the area. The house is wonderfully appointed with tons of dishes, decent knives, flour, sugar and spices, paper and cloth napkins, and games and books. There was absolutely nothing we needed that we couldn't find in the house! The screen porch is heavenly, the gardens beautiful, and the neighborhood quiet. Elaine was extremely helpful and available as she lives and works next door. We'll definitely keep Elaine's farmhouse on our list for future reunions or family vacations.

This is an old home, with older furnishing that suite the age of the farmhouse. There are really steep stairs to the second floor, but there are banisters on both sides. If you are looking for lots of room, beautiful setting, and have an appreciation of older homes, this is the place for you! There were 5 women in our group and we each had our own bedroom. Heaven!

Great historic farmhouse with lots of space for sleeping, dining and hanging out. I am very particular with how bathrooms are and this home may be historic but the bathrooms are clean and tidy. Elaine, the owner, was kind and lovely. She owns a pottery store and her home is in the same property but was never a bother and gave us space... but was also always available if we need anything. Wouldn't mind coming back.

Perfect place for our ladies weekend away. Lots of great hiking trails in the area and Elaine gave us some wonderful tips for other options close by. The farmhouse was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen fully equipped. We will be back for sure.

Elaine's home was warm and inviting. Our family had 3 generations staying for a winter weekend and the home was perfect for all of us. It's well located and easy to reach various Berkshire attractions. The house is comfortable, roomy and well stocked. We appreciated the local information you shared with us. All of your suggestions from paths to snowshoe out the front door to bakeries made our stay special. We hope to stay again in the future. Regards, Ellen
