Cora Flat is a beautiful 2 bedroom unit in Inner SE Portland. Parking is easy, free, and unrestricted. It's a quick drive to downtown and is centrally located in Portland near many grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Cora Flat is 2 miles from downtown with easy access to the Ross Island Bridge that easily connects to highways 405 and 26 heading to the westside.
Please just care for the property as you would your own. Be sure to wipe off all feet/paws before entering (especially when it's wet). It would be much appreciated if you would contribute to the pantry and re-stock items if you heavily use a particular item.
Good Neighbor Rules & Requirements:
All renters should minimize their potential impacts on the neighboring properties by following rules of common decency and respect for your neighbors. These would include but they are not limited to:
No excessive noise at any time. Although the City’s noise ordinance regulates loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noise; renters should always consider how their actions are impacting the neighboring property owners.
In general, be considerate of the residents that live around the rental dwelling you are staying in. Treat your neighbors the way you would like to be treated if you lived next door.
a. Pets are not permitted in rental units unless specifically approved along with $45 pet fee.
b. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
d. All keys are left according to instructions.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee)
h. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
