I offer a studio penthouse flat with Jacuzzi size bathtub, a marble bathroom, full kitchen amenities, 5 skylights throughout to lighten the winter greys, a fire place to add to the atmosphere and warmth. The place is situated very centrally and located merely 8 minutes by foot from Potsdamer Platz and it takes not more than 8 minutes by foot to trendy Mehringdamm.
The flat comprises one bedroom area and is equipped with a double bed, and a couch, hence offering sleeping space for 2 persons. The white walls and nice wooden floors create a Berlin typical atmosphere, complimented by modern elements such as the fire place. The living area offers comfortable and cozy seating space in gives direct access to the balcony. A flat screen and internet for entertainment are included of course. Space for eating and cooking is found in the modern kitchen, which offers everything you need.

The flat will operate as a studio for this period. Guests have access to the living room, sectioned off sleeping area, kitchen and bathrooms. The walk in closet and the official bedroom are closed to guests. The available area is around 62m squared and is plenty of room for a pleasant and comfortable stay in central Berlin.

The neighbourhood is unique in that it is walking distance to many attractions. The malls and Sony Center at Potsdamer platz, Berlin Mall, which is the newest Mall in the city, Martin Gropius Bau, museums and Checkpoint Charlie, plus the Bergmann kiez, for trendy restaurants, cafes, bars and vintage shopping.
It is VERY central with many options for public transportation, on the doorstep is the M41 bus, which goes to Potsdamer Platz and the Central station, plus bike rentals are right next door. There are also walking paths to Potsdamer Platz (7 minutes walking) to Tiergarten and other attractions. Taxis are also easily available on the street, parking is easy on the street just behind, Großbeeren Strasse.
There is an elevator. The garbage bins are located just outsdie the back door on the ground floor. Brown garbage bins for regular garbage, blue for paper and orange for electronis or other such garbage.
1. No smoking inside please. Ashtrays are on both balconies for your convenience.
2. No pets allowed
3. Please no parties allowed and we appreciate if you do not make excessive noise after midnight, especially if the doors (including balcony doors) are open
4. Please ALWAYS close skylights before you leave the flat. If left open everything gets wet if it rains.
5. Please ALWAYS lock the doors when leaving the flat and the front door with the keys.
6. Garbage bags for the kitchen and bathroom are under the kitchen sink. Please throw out garbage before you check out of the flat. The main garbage for the building is outside the door beside the entrance to the elevator. Be careful that the door does not lock as you need the keys to get back in!
7. Please place dirty linen and towels on the floor at the end of stay.
8. The flat key opens all the outer doors to the building as well as the flat. Please treat it carefully as the replacements cost is 320€ !!!
