I like to make sure everyone gets situated and settled, then give them space to have a good experience with their friends. I am next door or am somewhat nearby if any help with anything is needed. And if im next door I never mind hanging out on the porch if the vibe is right!
Feel free to inquire about weekly rates around the festivals and holidays - I have rate changes for those times that are a little more/less flexible than the site cant really represent those changes as accurately as I can.
The street we are on is a bit busy and there is a train yard a few blocks away, so anyone extremely sensitive to noise should maybe look for a stay elsewhere. The accommodations seem to cater best to young travelers here to have a good time, see the city, the music, and to party BUT can attend to other calmer folks needs as well.

No smoking cigs inside - thats what the porch is for, and it is a great porch for hanging out on. No pets.
Noise/partying is a ok - so long as its not too late, not obscenely loud, nothing gets broken, and everybody is having a good time!
