Sunrise Suites is a 17 unit corporate housing complex. Listed units are for samples only. Please inquire for availability.

Great for short term, transitional or long term rental- Newly (remodeled), tastefully decorated, and fully furnished one bedroom suit at Tukwila.
Gated, fully furnished luxurious suites with everything you need - cable TV, wireless internet access; secured parking. 3 miles north of Seatac Airport, 10 miles south of downtown Seattle. 5 minutes to Boeing field and the Southcenter Westfield Mall.
*The rate listed is for unit 30-4 or another unit with similar floor plan and quality.
- Rate is for doulble occupancy, maxium 4 guests, $10/night/additional guests.

- $100 cleaning fee for up to 4 hours cleaning
- Fully refundable deposit of $550.00 paid by credit card (no cash payments), refund within 48 hours (longer during weekends) after check out.
-Sunrise Suites is a corporate housing complex, guests need to follow all rules apply to other residents. Booking is not finalized until a signed booking agreement is received.

Our stay at Sherry’s was okay. The apartment provided was clean and equipped with the basics for cooking, cleaning, relaxing and overall living. Sherry was more than gracious in accepting my two cats into the unit. Trevor and Kyomi were the managers on site and very helpful. There were a handful of incidents that occurred which caused me to slowly lower my rating. We realized right away the internet was slow. For anyone who would need to conduct business online it would be best to go to the library or stay elsewhere. Pages online took 10 minutes or more to load if they did at all. I began to notice ants in the living room. The onsite managers were quick to provide us with ant traps. Nonetheless the ants began to appear in other places and ignore those traps. We eventually bought our own green and pet friendly spray to keep them at bay. The bathroom sink and toilet are constantly leaking. The toilet I determined needs a new flapper and the sink possibly replaced entirely. I notified Trevor about the sink but he never came by to inspect it. The noise disturbed our sleep. The apartment was equipped with many windows and fans but we couldn’t keep our bedroom window open. Our neighbor next door smokes right outside his door which wafts into our room. For someone with asthma and a disdain for smoking it wasn’t ideal. Throughout our entire stay the parking situation outside the complex was an issue. As a couple we own two vehicles. We kept our largest car in the complex and parked the smallest (a Smartcar) on the public street. Multiple homeowners approached me asking me to park elsewhere. Many stated that they had more of a right to park there since they had been living in the area longer. One day we went to leave our apartment and found the code provided no longer worked. Thankfully we weren’t locked out but it did delay us. I was notified by an Andrew that he reset the locks earlier that day and we should have been provided a new code. He also advised the code we had was a master and we shouldn’t have had it in the first place. He promptly gave us the new one. In the last week of our apartment there was a lot of confusion about our check out date. I was called by Andrew multiple times to confirm when our check out time was. I checked in with Sherry to ensure all was well but got no reassurance.

Laura; You moved in in May, and the later, you extended your stay in July when you told me you loved the apartment, it worked great for you! During the late part of your stay, we hired an onsite manager that didn't work out as we wished, and they were let go after a few weeks at the job. But in addition to the onsite manager, we have the corporate housing manager Andrew communicate with you. This is the first time I heard all the issues such as wifi is not working, and toilet has been leaking... If you reported to the onsite manager, and didn't get fixed, you could have reached out to the corporate housing manager Andrew or myself. We have a central work order database that record work orders daily and our maintenance manager checks it in a daily basis. I am sorry to hear about these issues. Same with the car issues or smoke issues, if you would have told me, I would have give you suggestions or worked out a solution. As for the confusion of your check out, you requested to extend your stay for a few more days, and I accepted right away. The Airbnb communication history recorded all the communications we have had. Anyway, this is quite a surprise review. We certainly learned a lot from this experience, we have already established procedures for manager to report feed back of our guests in a regular basis. Sherry was very accommodating and the place was beautiful. We did see a few ants, but nothing we couldn't handle. There is a supermarket down the street and a mall 20 minutes away by bus, but it's about 45 minutes away from downtown Seattle by bus, which is a little far. It was almost like having a home away from home for a little while. Sadly we had to cut our stay short due to extenuating circumstances, but we did enjoy our time there.

The place was great for a short term stay in Seattle of 3 months. It was close to the airport and close to downtown.

The internet connection is great. The place is clean. The communication with owner is horrible. You better confirm things three times with her.

The suite is really good, good price with almost everything you need for your stay, even for my one-month stay. The neighborhood is really quite, and Sherry is really nice, helped me with everything I need.

Sherry is wonderful! She was in constant contact with us and explained everything in detail, which made it as easy for us as possible. She answered our messages promptly and responded immediately to our requests. We were in Seattle, 3000 miles from family and friends, for medical reasons. Sherry is so kind and considerate that she made me feel as if we were old friends. She made us feel so comfortable. The picture shows exactly how the apartment is when you arrive. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Shopping and dining are close to the apartment. We had appointments in downtown Seattle and it was very easy to get there in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this apartment!
