CHARGES

All stays maybe subject to the following charges and where applicable will be included in your quote:

i. Booking fee to cover transaction charges and currency conversion fees.
ii. One off end of stay charge of which covers check-in, cleaning, towels and linen.
iii. Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays and Special Events are charged at Peak Rates.

All stays and rates exclude the following, however can easily be arranged and tailored to your requirements:

i. Sporting and leisure activities.

We also accept all major credit and debit cards and issue invoices.

A security deposit maybe required by the Property Manager / Owner to cover any incidental expenses, loss of keys, breakages or similar to the holiday rental property and is refundable post the guest departure less any appropriate charges.

Whilst we and the owners have made every possible effort to ensure that you have a
safe and enjoyable stay, please note:
• we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries during your stay
• your personal valuables and belongings are your responsibility and we
cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained before, during or after
your stay, howsoever caused
This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Remove all waste and refuse
• All rubbish, waste and bins are to be emptied and taken to the waste
disposal room
• Empty the refrigerator and freezer of ALL food and related items
• Clean any dishes, cutlery and crockery
• Switch off ALL appliances including the television, air con, washing machine
• Clear any cupboards and drawers of your personal belongings

CHECKED AND CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS NOT

Great little place close to the tube! Small, but everything you need for a several night stay! Excellent amenities (full kitchen, hairdryer, washer/dryer, etc.)

I would highly recommend staying at this comfortable little apartment. It had everything I needed for a short weekend trip. Very close to the tube and major business routes. Yet, just off the main road on a quieter street. It was clean and well taken care of. Parrish, was very responsive to requests and was easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Thank you. Looking forward to coming again.

The apartment was spotless, clean sheets and towels were ready for us, the Wifi is excellent and so was the television. Note that the flat is quite basic (no frills, small space, but good for a couple), but its absolutely clean and functional. The hosts Kate and Parrish were both incredibly responsive, they both answered our questions within minutes, we checked in pretty early and they were totally fine about that. The building is quite safe and 10 minute walk from Upper street in Islington (super trendy and fun street), and literally a 4 minute (maybe less) walk from the Holloway Road Tube which takes you right into the heart of London in 15 minutes. Amazing location. Great hosts and just good value for price (which is really good!). Recommend whole heartedly!

The location of the apartment is great, being only a five minute walk from the underground station and with bus stop only a 2 minute walk away. A shop on the corner, restaurants, cafés and everything you need. The apartment was very clean and modern and great for 2 people, however really not great for 3 adults. The blow up mattress for the third person was very uncomfortable however there was a proper small mattress that would be fine for a child. After contacting Parish he took on board our complaints and will probably address the situation. He also refunded us one nights accommodation as a result of the uncomfortable blow up mattress which was really appreciated. Would recommend the apartment for two people and a child, and for three adults if a proper single mattress is provided. We would definitely stay again.
