Alright, first things first. These people were last minute and arrived 45 mins after making an instant book, thats totally fine, they arrived to me literally walking out of the laundromat with their bed sheets and towels -"towels were new but not washed, really?" They needed to leave the house to go to downtown so I even booked an UBER for them and started cleaning the house for about 2-3 hours.
My brother had a cookout later that evening and of course some of his friends were over, but they do not smoke weed. The funny part whatsoever is the syringe. This people is making a very big accusation first without knowing the facts. A week before they arrived I rescued a ferret in the woods of Franklin Park, ferret was dehydrated, dying with no food so I took him to the vet, the vet gave me a special liquid soup diet that I had to feed him through a syringe in the mouth -with no needle- cuz he couldnt eat by himself. The syringe was in the kitchen sink as I wash them every time after feeding him. This people did not care to ask, nor did they came with a good attitude. I mean how can you make such big accusations and things that are not truth? Facts are facts and unfortunately these people already had an attitude when they arrived -they just had canceled on their previous airbnb host- so they misinterpreted EVERYTHING big time. even this 4 guys sleeping on the other bedroom. Turns out the did not want to disturb my airbnb guests so they decided to rather hang out in there, and as Christian says, it was not noisy. I feel like communication here was the issue, if they had come to me ask what about the syringe, or to change the bed sheets or towels -as I always offer- or say that the kitchen was not clean enough for them, perhaps it would have been a different story.
