Vaticano flat is a comfortable, large apartment located in Vatican Area (Prati), at the hedge of the historic district, bordered by a bustling shopping area and provided with excellent services and transportation links. The flat is private.

The building, built in the 20' and renovated in 2013, consists of 5 storeys, topped by a rooftop terrace. Many of the families who bought in the past still reside there, an indication to the stability and safety of the area. Some of the surrounding buildings are of the same period.

Vaticano Flat is on ground floor.
The flat covers ca. 85 sq. mts. and has graceful details and parquet floors. It consists of a large entrance, a dining room, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the others with 5 single beds) and one bathroom (with a large shower), this flat can accomodate a maximum of 7 people.

My City Manager will make your Check-In at your arrival and your Check-Out.

Just outside the building there are shops, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets and all kind of services.
The flat is very conveniently located since underground line A, ‘Ottaviano’ Stop is just at 300 mts. and in 5 minutes walking you can reach Vatican Museums.
The historical centre is also reachable by underground and the journey up to Piazza di Spagna takes about 8 minutes. San Pietro is at only 10 minutes walking.

The flat is also located at a walking distance (about 25 minutes) from famous Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese.

The main railway station Termini is connected by underground line A and the journey is about 12 minutes, you can take also the buses to the city center. Along Via Candia there are also direct bus connections to the historical city centre and other areas of the city.

Our Prices don't include Rome Touristic Tax.
This Tax can be paid in cash at arrival.
Christmas and Easter Periods are more expensive (add 30% to standard prices).

To organize check-in, the client must inform the City Manager when they are due to arrive, contacting him 4/5 days in advance by mail or telephone (see Contact)
It is guaranteed that the house will be ready at 4 P.M., and it should be vacated no later than 10 A.M. (after 11 A.M. extra charge 20 euros) on the departure day.

The City Manager has the right to deny access to any client who show signs of being drunk or intoxicated, who act aggressively towards the City Manager, or who violates State laws.

Anyone booking an apartment agrees not to have parties or loud music playing. If neighbors complain and/or the police are called, it may result in the immediate eviction of the tenant regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in the loss of prepaid rent. Quiet time in the properties is from 10 PM to 10 AM.

By booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions and expected to abide by these rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on your date of arrival.

At your arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment.


The house will be tidy and clean when you arrive – please let the City Manager know immediately if you find any shortcomings.
In your house you will find a broom, a dustpan and other useful things to tidy up.
You are responsible for the state of the house.
Before you leave the house you must wash the dishes, dispose of the rubbish and put the furniture in the order in which you found it.
If you do not, your security money will not be given back.


If you lose or take the house keys away you are subject to a payment of 80 euro.

If you leave the keys inside the apartment in the lock and a locksmith must be called to open the apartment, you are subject to a payment of 300 euro.


Our guests should check the equipment listed on the inventory.
Damages that occur during normal use of the equipment, if not caused by misuse, will not be charged to the customer’s bill and will be repaired in line with the availability of a technician and with the required materials.
Otherwise, if the damage has been caused by misuse, the repairs will be charged to the customer’s bill or deducted from the security deposit.

Please report any damaged equipment to the City Manager, who will endeavour to replace/organize repair as soon as possible.

Please note that the City Manager is NOT AUTHORIZED under any circumstance to give a discount to clients. If the client has a complaint and would like to discuss a discount, he must contact the apartment owner via email directly, outlining the reasons for complaint.


The City Manager has the right to enter the house for reasons of inspection or maintenance.


Rental guests agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the website. If rental guests exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment, owner/manager may immediately evict them with no refund of the unused portion of the rental period. At NO time can the maximum occupancy be exceeded.
Pets are not admitted.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Subletting the house is not allowed.

In the case that the client does not respect any of the points contained in this section, the City Manager will ask the client to leave the house.

Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement intégral. En cas d'annulation au cours des 7 jours précédant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % du prix à la nuit. Les frais vous sont remboursés intégralement.

Séjour de 2 nuits minimum.
À partir du 28 décembre 2017 - 3 janvier 2018, la durée minimum de séjour est de 5 nuits.
