I will arrange everything you need and really try to take care of you :)
The only thing I ask for is to keep it down between 10 PM and 6 AM - when you come back in the night try to close the door quietly and do not make much noise.
If you smoke please do it outside, there is a nice bench 30 meters from the block :)

Hey there adventure-seekers!
I live in the heart of the heart of Tricity (Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia - you can check wiki). Sopot is the most popular tourist destination in Poland, rewarded 2 times as the fastest growing city. With the Monte Cassino area and other crowded attractions on one hand and old silent forest and Lysa Gora mountain (with its awesome view) on the other it can cater to the needs of both a people person and a lone wolf.
My family owns 2 apartments which can be rented all year round (separate rooms or whole flat). Occasionally I manage my friends flats as well (I did so more back in the Euro 2012 era). I know the area quite well since I was born here so if you need anything in Sopot/Tricity, please let me know (even if my flats are booked I'll help you find a good place to sleep). Talk with me and I will find the offer that is best suitable for you. I am open to suggestions and negotiations but always strive to give you the most "bang" for the least "buck".
I had the pleasure of hosting people from all over Poland but also England, Italy, Sweden, Scotland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Holland, Ukraine, Russia, Spain, Turkey, USA, Chile, Philippines, China and Korea - the list is growing year by year :)
A little history lesson ->
I was hesitant at first to rent my place, but rather sooner than later I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT and really enjoyed meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life and different countries. After transcending the 'baby in the woods' level I was soooo happy that I can somehow serve people, by giving them a walk around or just simply talking and answering questions. I aspired to be a Host with the Most and always got a warm response. Gradually I started to get more involved and became a concierge in the truest sense of the word - you could ask me to arrange anything for you and I would do it - what's more I would get a kick out of doing it!
My first person from outside Poland was a korean student of photography who went on a trip around Europe and had to face 2 years in the military when he came back instead of pursuing his career (makes me sad!). This is his text message he sent to me before boarding a plane to Seoul:
"Thank you! I've been in many places in Poland but you were the best. I will never forget!"
You can see Kim on my Kwatera Zrodelko photos ;)
I believe in karma and it has proven most astoundingly when I was in Israel in September 2011 and in Sweden with my girlfriend in nov/dec 2011...I always loved to take good care of people when they were with me by for example showing them around or at least attending to their needs and I got this back (times million!) when I was abroad. Some unexpected and beautiful things have happened! This is called synchronicity - being in a perfect place in a perfect time. Life sometimes gives you this gift (when you allow it to). Since then I love to travel and believe it expands my map of the world :)
I have decided that even if I have a million dollars some day (which will surely happen :)), I won't stay in a Hotel when I travel, but I will still visit other people's flats...I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE! I could not for example UNDERSTAND Sweden if I went into a Hostel or a Hotel. It is the stories, the evening walks with the Host, the random meetings on the street that showed me the true face of that country, a country which in my mind was cold and boring became one of my favorite places on Earth (what a lesson in humility!) - so much so that we've (me + Sylwia) christened it SweetEden. Thanks Life!
Thanks also flows to you for taking the time to see my profile and listings!
Have a great experience in Sopot!
Before I was under a nickname here, as Servio which was my musical alias, thus most reviews refer to me as Servio.
