Very comfortable 2 bedroom house in Pennington which is conveniently located between the beach and the city and less than 10km to the Adelaide Airport.

A home away from home.
Relax and unwind, sitting outside under the verandah with a cool drink overlooking the large expanse of the lawn and garden area.
The outdoor dining table seats 6 persons.

You only need to bring your personal items, the house has everything you need for a great holiday or business trip.

Milk & Fruit is provided on arrival.

The house is conveniently located and close to shopping, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, public transport, the beach, and nightlife.

Wifi -We are connected to the NBN at this property. Daily data allowance is 10GB which includes uploads and downloads. Excess data charges apply at $2 per GB for any usage over and above the daily limit.

There are plenty of nearby parks for children to play or kick a ball. For swimming centres, you can check out the recently renovate Parks Community Centre at Angle Park and the Adelaide Aquatic Centre at North Adelaide.

Golf is not too far away either - Regency Park, West Lakes and North Adelaide to name a few.

This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

The home is double brick, fully insulated with reverse cycle air-conditioning and overhead fans in bedrooms, electric roller shutters on windows.

Comfortable bedding and quality linens, excellent for that good nights sleep.

Wardrobe with hanging space and plenty of drawer space.

Bedroom 2. Double Bed fitted out exactly the same as bedroom 1.

Bathroom. Fitted out with a walk in shower and toilet and vanity unit. Shampoo/ Conditioner and Body Wash supplied.

Lounge. 2 & 3 seater lounge suite, flat screen TV, Foxtel IQ3 with basic package, (upgrade available for long term guests - please note charges will apply for specific upgrades) , Blu-ray DVD player, Stereo/CD Player.

Kitchen. Fully equipped Kitchen with full size refrigerator, Dishwasher, Electric Oven , Microwave, Stove Top, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Nutri-bullet (for experienced users). Cutlery, Crockery, serving dishes, food storage containers, Glasses for all occasions. along with other provisions as mention above.

Dining area has a 6 person wooden dining table and chairs with outlook through glass panelled doors that open up to outdoor verandah / patio area and garden. Please use place mats provided on all glass top surfaces.

Laundry: Front Loading Washing Machine, separate front loading dryer, soak tub - Washing powder and other cleaning items supplied.
Ironing Board plus Utility Cupboards where we keep - spare bathroom towels,
toilet paper - iron broom, mops etc and a step stool.

Toilet 2. Separate second toilet. - toilet paper / tissue supplied.

Outdoors - Covered Verandah / patio with 6 seater outdoor glass top dining setting.

Large lawned area / garden with garden edging and fruit trees.
(Help yourself to any ripened fruit when in season)
Fold up/down clothes line.
Garaging/Parking - Undercover parking behind remote controlled roller door for
small sedan vehicle, plus extra parking for another car in driveway.
On street parking is also available for larger vehicles / trucks or visitors if required.

Smoking - No smoking allowed inside the property - If smoking outside, please ensure that you use "butt bins" provided and empty these regularly into the general waste (blue lid) bagged bin.

The local Foodland Supermarket (Grand Junction Rd) is a only a five minute walk or a couple of bus stops away.

The local buses also go to a variety of larger nearby centres - Arndale Central Shopping Centre, the Port Canal Shopping Centre or the larger Westfield at West Lakes.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS it is 1/2 price Oyster night at the OYSTER BAR, (Holdfast Shores Marina- Glenelg) with live entertainment, just great in the summer overlooking the Marina. Winter is just fine too, with gas heating for outdoor dining supplied.

There is plenty of car parking, either on street or covered car park under the Holdfast Promenade Apartments and Restaurants,Glenelg.

THE PALAIS - on the beach at Semaphore is great for meals and entertainment.

SUNDAYS (ALL) - 9am - 1pm - Adelaide Showgrounds Farmers Market (names one of the best in Australia by Australian Travellers Magazine - Entry via Leader Street not far from Train Station.

I also live in the area and only 5 mins away, so should you require any assistance at all during your stay. I can be contacted 24hrs a day in an emergency, otherwise if not urgent contact during the hours of 10am - 9pm is preferred.
