We are pleased to offer a bedroom in a townhouse located in the Southsea Marina development. The ground floor of the property consists of an entrance hall leading to a ground floor cloakroom and a good size kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances and patio doors leading onto a patio garden; the first floor has a good size lounge which has a balcony offering unobstructed sea views and one double bedroom; the second floor has another two double bedrooms (one with sea views), and the family bathroom; and the third floor has the master bedroom which also has a balcony - again offering stunning sea views. The property is situated in quiet, residential location, it has a driveway, and also has other on street parking, the garden has rear access, and there are a couple of local shops and a bar/restaurant just a short walk away. You will have access to your bedroom, shared sitting room, dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a small court garden at the back which has direct access to the seashore and sea. With great walks and cycle lanes and five minutes walk from Hayling Island Ferry, Eastney Sailing Club and Eastney Marina. It's a five minutes drive to the Eastern Road or the Southsea seafront and common land, which benefits from a five mile promenade. Great for guests keen on water sports and tranquil settings away from the hubbub of the city. Five minutes drive from Portsmouth Football ground for those keen to attend away matches.

Depends on the guests needs and requirements. In principal we leave the guests alone to get on and do what they want, when they want. They have a key and come and go as they please. There is a kitchen which guests can use. We try to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible as that you may come back again one day. We research local offers and keep a breast of all local events so that we can keep our guests informed of what is going on. We collect discount vouchers to help and menus from local takeaways to help those on a budget. We provide a comprehensive pack full of useful information for our guests. The house is cleaned daily between 10-12 and we have a huge utility room for people who want to store luggage or have a extra late departure.
Please note that when you rent a room from us although you will have full use of the facilities, including front room, kitchen and bathroom although you will be sharing with others
We are very chilled and relaxed family and happy to accommodate your needs. The live in manager, Léon, runs the house and and deals with all bookings/enquiries/questions. Very chilled out friendly guy and always happy to help and make your stay a wonderful one. You can rent one or more rooms. This is ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday we do not accept large groups of people who want to party. This is not the right accommodation for you please do not book with us if that is what you are looking for. Thank you.
