À propos de ce logement
Our apartment has absolutely everything you will need while you're away from home - well appointed kitchen, cable, 300MBPS wifi, writing area etc.
20 minutes to Canal st. 4 stops to the W. village, 7 to Rockefeller, or stay in lovely Park Slope!
We have been collecting the pieces in this house for years. Many of the pieces are hand crafted by us, including the 1920's reclaimed bridge slat bed.
We have traveled extensively, and stayed in many rentals. When we thought about what we would change, it was always the same! Kitchens weren't well stocked with quality utensils, bedding was uncomfortable, and it felt like someone else's house!
We went to great lengths to create a space that reflects our aesthetic, and is available to people at a price that makes traveling to New York City affordable.
The bedrooms each have a queen size bed and a single cot is available if extra space is required. A pack-and-play can be provided on request.
Accès des voyageurs

0% all the way through to inviting you to dinner. We live downstairs and are happy if you want to remain completely private, or hang out.
This neighborhood is incredible. We're bordered by one of Brooklyn's more well known suburbs - Park Slope. With more restaurants and bars than you would ever be able to visit, its easy to walk home from a great meal or night out. We are in a street zoned for both industrial and residential uses so we get trucks on our street quite often. The bakery is an all hours operation, and is at times (daylight hours) quite loud! However, NYC is generally a loud place and visitors to our exciting city should note that its not the countryside! You're here to experience it!!!
Greenwood Heights and South Slope are closer, and (in this writers biased opinion) are much cooler than Park Slope proper. This is a neighborhood where art is made every day! Its vibrant, multicultural, safe, and proud of those facts!
We also have Greenwood Cemetery right around the corner. Not only for the morbidly curious, the nearly 500 acre cemetery is the final resting place of Leonard Bernstein, Henry Chadwick, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and a bunch of other famous residents! It's a great spot for a walk if Prospect Park (20 minute walk) isn't lively enough!
The R train is at 25th and 4th ave - a 1 minute walk from our front door. That train will drop you in Manhattan in 20 minutes. The D train is at 36th St. and will have you in the west village in 4 stops! It's easy to access all Manhattan has to offer - yet far away enough to relax after a long day taking in the city.
We have coffee, tea, salt, and pepper - but no food or left-over condiments in the fridge. If you're dining in, there is a C-Town 2 minutes walk around the corner or a whole foods market at 3rd and 3rd - a 5 minute drive or 2 stops on the train.
Absolutely no smoking of any substance inside. We will keep your deposit if you smoke in the house. We have a security key system that is quite expensive to replace - any lost keys will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. If you want to bring your pet, send us a note and we will figure out the best way to accommodate you.
Leave the place as your found it please, and take care with our shared space. Enjoy!

Hey! Welcome to Brooklyn. We're excited to share our space with you. We are two professionals who love sharing our experience of this vibrant and exciting city - Brooklyn.
New York City is amazing, and Brooklyn really is the borough where it all happens. There is always something great to see, hear, eat etc! We don't live in the apartment, but are available at a moments notice to help with anything from on site problems, to lesser issues like where to eat!
