This lovely home is situated right between the river and the sea. It offers 3 spacious bedrooms, (2 with a queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 single beds) an open plan living, dining, kitchen area, a big bathroom and a sunny garden. Everyone who sees it, loves it!
The Lane is situated in a quiet lane only 200 metres from the train station which will quickly get you to the city of Perth (25 minutes) or Fremantle (5 minutes).
But you don't need to travel - Cottesloe beach, the Swan river and lots of cool shops and cafes are all within 10 minutes walk.
The beach, the river, some of the best restaurants and shopping centres in Perth.
We try to stay away unless you need us, of course!
Mosman Park is regarded by many as the most liveable suburb in Perth. The Lane offers all the best things about living in the western suburbs of Perth without the beach front prices.
Getting around is easy. You can walk to everything you need, but if you want to go further afield the train station is only 200 metres away. There is also a free bus which takes a constant loop around Perth and Fremantle. If you do have a car, we have space for 2 cars
