Immediate response. Once the booking has been confirmed all documents explaining the arrival procedure and meet the landlord will be emailed. Security procedures for the building would also be explained in the documents.
We take pride in our apartment and invested our money to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We kindly request that you respect our property, treating it in a respectful manner, as if it was your own. Regarding skydrove internet/wifi guests can pay in two main ways: buying megabyte bundles from the Splash Page using a credit card, or by buying prepaid MB vouchers from the office in lobby.
Very strict rules are implemented and applied by management and front desk security.
Noise after 10 pm is heavily fined on the spot. Noise after 12 am is a fine of R1000 on the spot.
All garbage should be sorted for recycling and dumped down the escalator tunnel.
No pets are allowed in the building.
SMOKING is not allowed in the apartment.
No more than two persons are allowed to stay in the apartment. Strict rules are implemented regarding this matter.
Unaccompanied visitors will not be allowed to visit you after 12 am.
Photos to be taken by the office during week days for security door tokens to gain access.
