We are in a pretty historic area among the pine trees, oaks and ferns on the south side of Lake Arrowhead, a much greener area. We are only about 5 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village. We are only 2 miles from Santa's Village. We are close to the historic Tudor House with live theater and entertainment and the charming village of Skyforest with antique shops and wonderful restaurants.
We love our cabin in the woods and know others will too! We are only 5 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village at Lake Arrowhead! We are only 2 miles from Santa's Village. There are so many things to do near us; shopping, antiquing, dining, hiking, great jeep trails for off roading, great fishing and swimming in Lake Gregory or Green Valley Lake. For fly fishing enthusiasts, we are only 10 minutes from Deep Creek. Visit Wildhaven Ranch and see and learn about our local wildlife. There is great skiing about 20 minutes away at Snow Valley Ski Resort or you can go skiing in Big Bear. We also have our local areas for sledding. However, the best place to be is just relaxing on our wonderful deck experiencing the wildlife and trees, or relaxing in front of a fire in the river rock fireplace. It is the perfect place to escape to!! This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS cabin!!

Mountain Cabin Mini Lodge in Lake Arrowhead
Please read the following additional terms and conditions:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There can be no more than 5 people in the cabin at any time.
SECURITY CAMERA: Renter acknowledges that there is an outside security camera located under the eave on the front of the house pointing towards the parking structure. We need this camera for security and weather monitoring.
ALL RENTALS are to FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. Minimum age of adult renter is 27.
PETS ARE “NOT" PERMITTED ON OR IN THE PROPERTY.
NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.
NO DRUGS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
TRASH: Trash must be bagged and taken home with you. It cannot be left outside since our local wildlife like to raid the trash cans and spread trash all over the property.
PARKING: We share our driveway with our next door neighbor; ½ is ours, ½ is theirs. There is parking for 2 medium sized cars or one small and one large car only and no street parking. You might need to park at an angle to fit 2 cars. If you do park somewhere on the street, your car may be towed by Arrowhead Villas.
In the winter, if there is snow, there will be parking for ONE CAR ONLY. There is no other parking. You will be responsible for shoveling yourself out and in. We have 2 metal shovels for the driveway and 2 plastic shovels for the deck and stairs. The shovels are located behind the barbeque on the deck.
GRILLING: Grilling is permitted only on the supplied propane gas grill on the deck of the property. Use of charcoal is expressly prohibited. Please clean the grill after each use.
DECK GAS FIREPIT: After being turned on do not leave it unattended. If it is windy or leaves are falling, do not use it, as it could be a fire hazard. Do not burn or put anything into the firepit. Do not replace the cover until it has thoroughly cooled.
EXTRA FOOD: Please discard extra food or beverages which you have brought. Please do not leave leftovers on the property.
FIREPLACE: The fireplace is a natural gas fireplace and has its own permanent logs. The gas key control is located to the right of the fireplace. Use extreme caution in lighting the gas fireplace. Light it immediately after just slightly turning the gas on. (DO NOT BURN WOOD or any other object in the fireplace.) If you need assistance, please call us.
You do NOT need to adjust the fireplace flue.
Please remember to turn off the fire if you are not in the room or leave the cabin.
TOILETS: Do not flush anything besides toilet paper. Feminine products will cause a backup.
OWNERS AREAS: Areas such as Owner's personal storage areas are exempt from this lease and are OFF LIMITS to the Renter.
CARE OF PROPERTY: Renter is expected to care for the property as if it were their own. On leaving the property, all doors and windows must be closed and locked. All keys placed back in lock box by check out time. All breakage reported to owner. The water must be drained and turned off using the “save-a-pipe" switch located above the phone by the front door.
BEDS: There is a King bed in 1st bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The living room as a queen sofa bed with automatic inflate/deflate air mattress.
SNOWSTORMS, RAINSTORMS, FOGGY WEATHER ETC: No representations or warranties are made with respect to any weather conditions at all, including any natural disaster conditions. Renter agrees to comply with instructions from Owner and any advisory statement from any local emergency authorities in a natural disaster situation. No refunds are given for any weather or natural disaster condition.
OWNER PROPERTY ACCESS: If necessary, owner may access property inside or out for any purpose, including repairs, inspection, verification of Renter status, monitoring of proper use of Property, access to Owners area, maintenance, Property improvement, or for any other reason with a one hour notice to Renter. Owner will attempt to contact renter on Property telephone, Renter's cell phone and by email before Owner seeks Property access.
TERMINATION: If the Renter or any member of his party violates any of the terms of this agreement, the Owner may, at Owner's sole discretion, terminate this lease. The owner may enter the premises and remove Renter, the members of his party and their belongings and may be accompanied by a San Bernardino County Sheriff. Renter is notified that they will be subject to an expedited eviction procedure.
FAILURE TO DELIVER: In the event that the Owner is unable to deliver said property to Renter under this lease agreement prior to occupancy because of fire, eminent domain, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, Renter hereby agrees that Owner's sole liability as a result of these conditions is a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Renter. Pursuant to the terms of this lease, Renter expressly acknowledges that in no event shall Owner be held liable for any consequential or secondary damages, including, but not limited to any expenses incurred as a result of moving or any damage, destruction or loss.
LOST, STOLEN OR ABANDONED ARTICLES: Owner shall not have any responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. There will be a shipping fee for any returned items.
WALKWAYS & Floors: Exterior walkways, may be slippery due to water, snow or ice. Please use caution and use handrails at all times. Interior wood floors may be slippery. Please wear appropriate footwear and use the handrails at all times.
SLEDDING: Due to the extreme steepness of the slope on the property and possible hidden objects under the snow, no sledding is allowed on the property.
INDEMNITY: The Renter agrees to release and indemnify from and against all liability, should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of the lease, resulting from any cause whatsoever. Renter will indemnify and hold harmless the Owner for any injuries, accident or otherwise incurred or suffered upon the premises by Renter and guests or anyone associated with Renter for any cause whatsoever during the term of this contract. Renters' personal property and vehicles are not insured by the Owner or Owner's representatives against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, storm, wind, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause.
