Elsternwick has a fabulous village feel to it with a lot of history as well as a modern cafe culture. Not far from the bay and exotic St Kilda, it has an immense amount of charm and amenity. I could sell real estate in this suburb I am so impressed with it!
Public transport includes trains, trams and buses. There is a bike lane down to the foreshore where this a track from Sandringham to Williamstown.
This apartment backs on to the train station so there maybe some noise so if you are a very light sleeper you may wish to bring ear plugs, I don't notice the trains anymore. Electric Roller Shutters have been installed on the 2 east facing bedrooms to reduce light and noise.

No loud music after 11.00pm or before 7.30 am.
