Le logement

This is a modern 2 level, 4 BR apartment/townhouse. With living, dining and kitchen upstairs. There is a separate guest bathroom and a small internal private courtyard and upstairs west facing balcony with glimpses of Port Phillip Bay.

Le quartier

Elsternwick has a fabulous village feel to it with a lot of history as well as a modern cafe culture. Not far from the bay and exotic St Kilda, it has an immense amount of charm and amenity. I could sell real estate in this suburb I am so impressed with it!


Public transport includes trains, trams and buses. There is a bike lane down to the foreshore where this a track from Sandringham to Williamstown.

Autres remarques

This apartment backs on to the train station so there maybe some noise so if you are a very light sleeper you may wish to bring ear plugs, I don't notice the trains anymore. Electric Roller Shutters have been installed on the 2 east facing bedrooms to reduce light and noise.

We had such a great time in Melboune and Elsternwick! This apartment was perfect for us! Perfect location, perfect size. Very nice, well equipped, cozy and roomy. Train station two minutes away, shops, cafes, park, beach... Just GREAT!!! Highly recommended :-)

With train and tram stops at our doorstep, and a short ten minute drive to the city, beach and Melbourne's suburban shopping mecca Chadstone, this property's location delivers all. This Elsternwick townhouse is clean and modern with comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure! We were out a lot so didn't really utilise the living area / cooking facilities, although we would have loved WiFi access for trip and day planning. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in Melbourne.

William was prompt in his replies and was systematic with admin issues. The train station (elstenwick) is just a stone throw away. We love how central it was to different places (st kilda/chapel st) Thanks for accepting our stay at your absolutely beautiful apartment. It felt like home for us and we love the apartment. Thanks again for the apartment where we cooked and had fun and made memories. Thanks again.
