Appartement agréable et vivant, calme face à un petit parc avec pataugeoire. Bons sushis à côté (aussi à emporter, les autres restos recommandés étaient fermés pour congés). Petits supermarchés ouverts de 8 h à 23 h. Ligne de métro sud-nord idéale.
