The townhouse is a triple storey unit with 2 bedrooms available to guests on the middle floor - each with a double bed.
The rooms share a large, spacious family bathroom, and have a TV room/lounge that leads out onto a patio - perfect for sundowners.
The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area and a guest washroom.
The lounge/dining area also opens onto a private cobbled courtyard with double sliding doors - suitable for a barbecue or simply to create an extension of the lounge area on those hot summer afternoons.

The unit is very close to the beachfront, and centrally located for walking access to convenience shops, eateries, restaurants, gym, dance studios, the Bayside Mall, banks, etc.
Bayside is also one of Cape Town's main feeder bus stations and has direct connection to the airport, and of course connection to the City, the famous V&A Waterfront, from which you can venture towards the Table Mountain, the Western Seaboard or south to the cape winelands,

We like to have a welcome chat for introduction and orientation on the first day - where itineraries and plans are firmed up, facilitation is done where needed, and options are discussed for guests to get optimal value and enjoyment over their stay in the Cape - exploring not just the immediate neighbourhood, but experiencing the full spectrum of Cape attractions.
All rates are quoted per person, and a R150/night supplement is levied for an additional person if sharing the same room, or R599 if occupying a separate room. While pop-in guests are welcome, no in-house entertaining or sleepovers are allowed. We have a relationship with several establishments who have great 2-party or group entertaining facilities in the neighbourhood and we'll be happy to recommend.
Bookings are required min. 3days in advance.
While the apartment is serviced weekly, we take pride in always providing comfortable, clean and tidy accommodation for our guests, and hope that every guest helps us keep it that way by cleaning after himself and always replacing things after use. The R200 cleaning fee is per week or part thereof. Guests with longer stays would need to make manual provision for this contribution.
Any equipment, gadgets and utensils are for use in the apartment, and guests are requested not to remove anything from the premises without prior arrangements and getting approval for it.
