Hello, I'm surprised at my arrival to pay water and electricity. 1 only once, not functional summer pool serviced over 4 days in summer. Very bad smell in the bathroom

Dear Katia, Thank you for your comments. We sincerely apologize for the odor in the bathroom. If you had informed me during your stay, I could have fixed the problem. I have already notified my staff and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve the issue immediately. Regarding the utilities, my listing description clearly states that electricity and water are extra. The pool is newly renovated and was not available only on the day you arrived, therefore you were able to enjoy it 3 days out of the 4 days you stayed. Cheers, Ella

We had a fantastic time in the apartment and even decided to extend our stay. It has and amazing view and is well situated; close enough to the busy white beach area but quiet enough to relax and watch the sunset from the large and with Puka Beach a short trip away we would highly recommend a stay here.

Christine and Ella is always very responsive and when we arrive the whole office and team is professional and always eager to offer efficient help. The apartment is exactly like the photos posted and with very detailed description on how to find it. When we arrive the apartment is very clean and tidy and the air conditioner is ready cool to welcome us. Anyway the weather is super good and cool we only open fan with lowest at night and without air conditioner. The bed is vey comfortable just like at home . Only we arrive late in the first day so we did not ask the support for the hot water till the next morning . The local people living around is vey friendly they are always eager to say hello to us and very nice. The apartment is only 5 minutes go Balinghai Beach and 10 minutes to west cove by short cut on foot. Only little far to center, but ok for us since we would prefer a quite place to live. I and my husband love the apartment very much , which is in a very good location has perfect view and the team is always helpful. Really appreciate can stay at the apartment this time , hopefully we can be back with our family next time . Best regards Min and Chen ( my husband )

Ella's property have a very stunning view especially for sunset viewing. The place is far from D'mall and White Beach, also means that the place is quite and peaceful which we like the most, just what we need. Good part is, Puka beach is near from the property. Her caretaker Myra was very accommodating and responsive, she even prepared some flowers for us as a welcoming gift. Neighbors are friendly too. We're glad that we choose the property of Ella, we enjoyed our whole vacation. Things to note: - Every Friday, one of the neighbors will cook Lechon and sell per kilo. - Since it's an Island, water and electricity interruptions are just common, but only for like 30 mins. You can take advantage of it by doing star gazing. - Enjoy every minute of your stay because it's Boracay. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Christellas. The terrance is a great place to just hang out and we even worked out on it some days. We also rented a motorbike off someone they recommended which I would advise doing since the place is quite far from the the main tourist areas. Internet is decent and sufficient for work purposes if you connect to your hotspot. We would stay there again if/when we return to borocay.

Place is good for people who want to be away from the crowd at white beach/ nightlife. Be prepared to take walks or tricycle rides which is easily available on the main road. As Shambala Terraces is a few minutes walk in off the main road, late night walk back into the place can be pretty dark. Basic & additional kitchen items were all available, & ventilation was good. Myra, the maid was helpful & made communication during our stay better. It was overall a good & peaceful stay! :-)

We are married with 2 small dogs (5-6kg each). Non-smokers who love to travel. Currently living in Spain.

We are also Airbnb hosts with listings in the Philippines and Spain. We are ideal guests who respect your home and ask you to do the same with ours.

We are environmentally-friendly social butterflies and minimalists. We have a great appreciation for contemporary art and the outdoors. She enjoys kite boarding, yoga, hiking, gardening and event planning. He is an avid reader and makes music. We love to swim, cook, go camping, meet new people and play with our dogs. We upgraded from long distance cycling to caravaning.
