I make myself available prior to your arrival and throughout your stay if you need me or have any questions. I'm just a call, text, or email away.
I have an organic garden that you are welcome to enjoy and eat from during the season. I love cooking so you are provided the best equipment and the latest gadgets. The house is very high tech and instructions are sent to you to make your time relaxing.
If you are a wine enthusiast I can arrange a luxurious Sommeliers dinner at a Warren Street townhouse in town. The Sommelier will pair the wine with your food. This is a lovely event.
No smoking inside the house please.
There is a keyless house. When you leave the house please press the lock button to lock the front door and other doors.
If you move any furniture and my cleaning service has to return the furniture to its original place, you will be charged $100 per piece of furniture. I've paid to have the house decorated by professionals. This costs time and money to return items that never should be moved.
Although we huge are pet lovers, the house is unable to accommodate pets unless a pet fee is paid to ensure those with allergies do not suffer. We strive to ensure a comfortable stay for all of our guests, including those with pet allergies.
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. You will forfeit your damage deposit if you break this rule.
Please be considerate of the neighbors when outdoors up to 11 pm. Loud talking and music will not be welcomed by neighbors.
Thank you for understanding.

I enjoy cooking, traveling around the world, gardening, reading nonfiction, riding my bicycle, and supporting the arts.
I have two organic city gardens in town that bring me heaps of joy in the summer months. Help yourself to anything in the organic garden during your stay.
My favorite travel destinations are Paris, Mt Fuji, Tokyo, Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, Zion National Park, and Glacier NP.
We travel regularly, both in the United States and overseas. We enjoy trying new foods, exploring cultures, customs, and meeting people along the way. Airbnb has played a key role in our travel accommodations, when possible.
We have watched the many changes in Hudson over the past decade. Every time we host new people, we learn the about the traveler's and their journey to Hudson. It is always fascinating to understand what our guests enjoy about the town and of course the house. Thanks for allowing us to get to know you and about your trip to Hudson.
