This very cute park model is perfect for your stay. 2 small bedrooms, kitchen, and covered porch, you can enjoy the convenience of location and the feel of a home. Unit has two bedrooms and a pull out sofa sleeper. A futon is in the 2nd bedroom.
Enjoy the large porch with ceiling fan plenty of seating area. Park your car in the shade of the covered car patio. The unit is rather small (or cozy - depending on your point of view :) ), but in the nice weather, the front porch is WONDERFUL with a good breeze most of the time.

I do my best to check in with guests at least once during your stay via email through Airbnb. I'm almost always accessible through cell phone as well or text message.
Guests are expected to reset the unit is original condition. There is a fee if this is not done. More directions are available under the house manual. I provide all necessary cleaning and laundry materials.
The main bedroom has a full/queen size bed and the second bedroom is a futon bed. The living area has a full sized sleeper sofa. Perfect for a SMALL family visit. Will sleep six people, but would be VERY VERY cramped with six adults. Kitchen has all appliances and things needed to prepare meals, but the unit is also close to several eateries.
Please no smoking in the unit. Guests are expected to reset the unit back to the condition you would want it to be when you arrive. Sheets should be washed and put back on the bed prior to leaving, kitchen reset, etc. Please leave the unit clean and ready for the next guest. Please do not smoke in the unit. You may smoke on the side porch.
Please put all trash in bags (provided) in the trash bin under the car port.

Full blown adrenaline junkie, cliff jumper, water skier, lake rat, etc., etc... During the summer, you can find me relaxing on Table Rock Lake and serving as a tour guide Captain "B" and manager on duty at Branson's Ride the Ducks attraction on the landing and at our Highway 76 location. During the school year, I'm in the education field. I was an assistant principal at Houston Elementary School and was the technology integration specialist and public relations contact at Hallsville Public Schools. Before Hallsville, I taught broadcast journalism at Mexico High School's Hart Career Center. I taught social studies at the middle school in a computer based classroom for five years prior. I have taught some of the best kids in the state as far as I'm concerned! I have coached 8th grade football, wrestling, and the shot and discus throwers in track. I love to water ski, lift weights, and anything else that keeps me moving and active! I'm HUGE Apple computers fan and love marketing and video production. :) I also LOVE to travel where ever, when ever possible. I manage the local 24 hour fitness center and the family farm in Houston, Missouri. I moved back home after my mother broke her hips and had some health issues.
