This house is full of old-world charm with a few modern adaptations. Great central location, minutes from downtown. Easy access to I-10 will get you to La Cantera, Six Flags, and The Rim in 15-20 minutes. Weekly and monthly pricing options available :)
Although the bathroom is shared, I am gone every morning from 8am-11am and 5 nights a week from 3:45pm - 10:30pm. I have one cat and one dog, so you **MUST BE PET FRIENDLY** in order to book the room. If you read the reviews, you'll find that they are very well behaved and considered a bonus!
The guest bedroom is spacious with a queen size mattress. There is a big closet, a dresser, night stand, and plenty of shelves to place your belongings.
The living room is all yours and it now has a flat screen TV which you won't see in the pictures. Please feel free to make yourself comfortable there, especially since I have my own separate living space in the back of the house where I'm either working at my desk or just watching TV and hanging out with my pets :) High speed wireless internet is also available.
There are several bars and restaurants around - perhaps not walking distance, but bike-able or a short drive away - where the locals hang out. So, while you're not busy being a tourist down at the Riverwalk, you can experience what life is like, here. Among my favorites are The Cove, Barbaro, Sancho's, and Bombay Bicyle Club :)
You will only be five to ten minutes from the main attractions, including Downtown, the Riverwalk, the Pearl Brewery, the King William District, and the Blue Star Arts Complex in Southtown. Other attractions, like the Witte Museum, Botanical Sunken Gardens, and the Quarry are 10 to 15 minutes away. And, with easy access to IH10, the drive to La Cantera, Fiesta Texas, and The Rim is just under 20 minutes.
Margo is my cat and Lucy is my dog. Margo is mellow and Lucy is very gentle; she never barks.
Accès des voyageurs
There's parking available on the front curb or driveway, and you will have access to the house through the front door. If I'm unable to be here when you arrive, I will leave the keys in the lock box on the front porch and give you the code on the day of your arrival. In San Antonio, we always say, "Mi casa es su casa." So, make yourselves at home :)

As a host, I am willing to be your tour guide or give you the space and privacy you need. I take my cues from you, so if you wanna hang out, just give me an invite!
Part of the Airbnb experience for most people is being able to cook at home. While I, myself, don't do a lot of cooking, you are more than welcome to make use of the kitchen. You might want to check before you plan your meal to make sure I have everything you will need to make it. If there's anything you can't find, just ask and I can probably borrow it from my mom, lol. But, I do have mostly everything that is usually needed :)
Please bring issues to my attention right away so that I can take the necessary steps to fix them :) You can either let me know directly, or text me, or just leave me a note depending on how urgent the matter is.
For the convenience of any guests who prefer to keep their distance from the pets, I ask that you please dissuade them from going into your room (although, they never really try to) just to keep them from forming a bad habit. Also, please don't feed them :)
Music is always okay ... and encouraged! Just keep the volume at a normal level :)
Quiet hours begin after 11:00pm.
Please keep the common areas clean and tidy.
No smoking in the house, please.
Follow the "golden rule."
I am a bartender/student living in San Antonio, Texas. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, and I only drink to relax :) Life is an adventure and I want to go through it with my eyes wide open! I worked in the Hospitality industry for quite some time and, over the years, I developed a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life and offer them the warmest of welcomes. I offer the same service to my Airbnb guests and consider myself your personal concierge; so please feel free to ask me any questions. I look forward to hosting you and helping you make the most of your visit to San Antonio!
