Seaglass is situated in an enviable location, just a short walk from the spectacular St Aidan’s beach and Seahouses harbour.. Ground Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, 50" Freeview Smart TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs, books and games, and patio doors leading to garden.
Snug. With TV, DVD and Chromecast
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and patio doors leading to the garden.
Separate toilet.. First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With double bed (for one).
Bedroom 4: With single bed.

Seaglass is a spacious detached four bedroom property nestled on the cusp of the traditional fishing village of Seahouses within a very short walk of St Aidan’s beach. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a contemporary development, Seaglass offers generous living space suitable for couples, families and friends alike. The living room is comfortably furnished with patio doors leading to the rear garden/outdoor living space. The well equipped kitchen/dining room is contemporary and also has patio doors leading to the rear enclosed outdoor living space. There is also a convenient snug, offering additional living space and a ground floor cloakroom. All four bedrooms are on the first floor with the master bedroom having an en-suite and there is a fresh family bathroom too.
Seahouses offers a wide array of facilities including tearooms, restaurants, pubs and shops just around a mile from Seaglass. Boat trips to the Farne Islands run from the nearby harbour. The islands are famous for their nesting sea birds and grey seal colonies. Horse riding is available in North Sunderland around a mile away and there’s an impressive golf course in Seahouses too.
The picture postcard village of Bamburgh, protected by its dramatic fortress, is only 2 miles north with its wide expanse of golden sandy beaches and where the tidal island of Lindisfarne, locally known as Holy Island and the birthplace of Christianity, can be viewed. A further 2 miles up the coastline brings you to Waren Mill, which is steeped in history. Once an important port, its harbour has long since disappeared, silted up beneath the sands of the estuary. Budle Bay is a bird sanctuary and at low tide, a vast expanse of mud flats is home to thousands of sea and land birds making this location a haven for bird watchers.
The sweep of golden sands at Beadnell Bay is popular with watersport enthusiasts only 2 miles south, and the elegant Georgian town of Berwick, which straddles the salmon-rich River Tweed, is 17 miles north. The market town of Alnwick, with its own castle, offers many facilities a few miles inland. Alnwick Garden is a popular visitor attraction with its grand cascade waterfall and restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe! Seaglass is an excellent choice for the gathering of families and friends from which to explore this stunning Heritage coastline designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Beach 200 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
