Guests will have the use of a comfortable double bedroom and will share other facilities with the owner.
This listing is for 1 or 2 guests and once booked guests cannot then book the single room, for 1 guest only, that is also listed.
However, subject to availability, both the single and the double room can be booked together, for either 2 or 3 guests, under a separate listing.

There are four flights of stairs leading to the property. The stairs are partly exposed to the elements and can become wet. The stairs are perfectly safe, but please do take care when using them.

Noise does travel around the common areas, so please do keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the property and the complex, so as not to cause any disturbance to neighbours, especially early in the mornings and late at night. Thank you.

The property is situated in the beautiful, quiet, leafy, affluent, western suburb of Ranmoor. The property overlooks two parks and an historic river valley. In Spring, in particular, you can wake up to the sound of a spectacular dawn chorus.

The property is also close to Sheffield University, the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Thornbury Hospital, The Botanical Gardens and is only about 3 miles from Sheffield City Centre.

Within a short walking distance there are four pubs offerings food and good local ales as well as a variety of restaurants and takeaways.

Ranmoor is dotted with splendid Victorian mansions built in Victorian times by Sheffield’s steel barons, and just up the road from the Property there is a magnificent imposing Victorian Church. The Property on built is the grounds of one of the historic mansions.

The property is located on National Cycle Route 6, and close to climbing areas such as Stanedge and Burbedge (both 10 minutes drive) etc. Bicycle storage, and storage for climbing kit etc. is available at ground floor level.
