Great location everything you need is within walking distance. Grocery, coffee, supplies, Iphone store or Microsoft store, Fido or Rogers cell phone providers.

if you lose your keys don't panic- contact me on my cell phone - I have a spare set. If you lose your clickers to enter the building you will need to see the concierge to replace them. There is a fee. 50 to 75.

The Concierge can assist you with directions or a good restaurant plenty in the area or package drop off from fed ex or other providers but they do not deal with any in suite issues. for example: Like my dishwasher is not working or the light bulbs are burnt out. please call me.

Hello Dr. Mehdi, Thank you for your review. We will speak with the cleaners regarding the floors. Having said this the carpet cleaner had just been in the unit prior to your arrival. Great location, both in terms of where its situated to the rest of Van City, and how close everything you need is to the Hudson. SkyTrain station runs under the building. 4 blocks to the waterfront, 3 blocks to Robson., etc. Tina reimbursed me for a blender I bought. Totally unexpected! There are 2 windows that only open about 30 degrees. That's why she as an AC in the apartment. If you keep the windows closed, it's quiet. Otherwise, there is some street noise funneling up the sides of the buildings (after all, you're downtown). It did not bother me. The apartment is about 500 sq. ft, and has everything you need. I had a great time, in a great city, in a great apartment. Highly recommend.

Tina was really nice and generous to provide water (instead of wine upon my request) and even sushi ( probably thought we may be hungry upon arrival ). Some bulbs were not working and Tina got it rectified the next day . We can't close the windows cuz of the aircon unit. So, it is quite noisy (mainly traffic noise). But if you can live with the summer heat, you can close the windows. But not sure if the noise can be blocked out though cuz we had the windows opened throughout our stay. And becuz of that, the apartment can be quite dusty. Washer and dryer within the unit is a godsend. There were detergent provided. Oh Tina also got a brand new handy vacuum cleaner cuz the previous one wasn't working so well. Apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils ( although we did not cook at all cuz we were out most times ). Internet worked well but programs on TV can be better. Location is unbeatable with endless eateries, right smack within the shopping zone. Train station is just below the building, and a short walk to the ferry terminal to take us to Northshore. So, I would not recommend to have a car if you will be in town most times cuz the car park lot is waaaaaaay down below in the building.

Thank you for your response and positive and constructive review. The only thing we cannot change is the parking stall location. It was allocated at the time of the purchase by the developer. But the best part as you pointed out is that you do not need a vehicle in this area because everything is within walking distance. You can leave your car parked underground, save money on gas and the environment and walk to pretty much everywhere. The stall is close to the elevator just a down a few levels as you pointed out. I stayed in Tina's place for 8 weeks during my med school elective at a local hospital. Tina was a wonderful host- she ensured that the arrival process was smooth and I felt at home right away. This suite is in a perfect location- everything is available on the doorstep and the Skytrain station is almost next door. I would 100% stay here again if I were to return to Vancouver...and I hope that I do!

Tina was more than welcoming and provided extensive information of the area, activities and recommended more than a few local places to visit. While I never needed to contact her regarding any issues, I felt she was always available and ready to help.

I live in the Electra. I have lived in this building for 15 years. We have several units in this building that we rent out. I love Vancouver and am sure you will to. There is lots to see and do anytime of the year. I love to hike, finished the tough mudder this year up in Whistler, love running in Vancouver through the trails or Stanley park seawall. We have some many great restaurants and places so experience. Vancouver is a great place to live and work. I truly enjoy this city all year round.
