As standard the unit is furnished as a 2 bedroom unit. Master Bedroom with a beautiful Balinese bed and super comfy 5* hotel style mattress. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size Air Mattress and a Sofa Bed. As an option for two people the 2nd Bedroom can be converted as a separate Dining Room/Home Office with printer and scanner as you see in the photos. (**See bed options below)
The size of the unit is 60 sqm so its like a generous three roomed hotel suite with bathroom and kitchen and all the comforts of home with great value.
Fibre Optic internet. Digital TV. There is a quiet inverter type Carrier AC unit in each bedroom with a floor fan.

**PLEASE NOTE - The second bedroom has Bed options available for additional guests using a Sofa Bed and/or a Queen Air Bed if required. The bedroom is a separate room with its own aircon. The unit can then sleep 5 people. (6 at a squeeze if you request) OR it can be arranged with the 2nd Bedroom as a Dining/Home Office. The Dining Table is then located in the Living Area. See photos.
Please ensure to book the correct number of people at the time of booking so the bed arrangements can be adjusted to suit. Just let me know at the time of booking and your preferred layout will be prepared.

Enjoy all the amazing amenities of the building, 3 x swimming pools on 36th and fully equipped gym on the 37th. A key card gives you secure free access and use to all these authorised areas for added security.

The building has a Concierge Reception in the entrance to give assistance on ground transportation and advice. Call from the Handset in the unit to request Concierge assistance. I am usually around and can give some local advice if needed.

There is a quiet inverter type Washing Machine in the apartment provided for your use.
Alternatively you can use the Laundry service in the B2 of the building.
The apartment is ideal for the business traveler and a short or long term stay or a family group. There is plenty of cupboard storage and all the kitchenware for you to do your cooking including Microwave, Induction Hob, Toaster, Rice Cooker, pots and pans etc.
Strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the apartment. There will be a cleaning charge of $100. However there are two balconies. Please use the ashtray provided on the BALCONY and regularly empty the rubbish bins in the service area up the corridor behind the elevators.
No parties are allowed in the unit. Please respect the neighbors around you. Any complaints will be handled by security and reported incidents will be a violation of your Airbnb terms. Likewise if you are disturbed by any unreasonable disturbance please use the handset in the Living Room to report the complaint to the Concierge and they will deal with it. Alternatively let me know and I will provide assistance where needed.
Check out is normally 12 noon. Late check out requests only by prior arrangement and depending on incoming guests. Additional fees may be charged by prior agreement. The reasonable fees will be added through Airbnb site to your booking. Please, no negotiation outside of Airbnb. Its a violation of Airbnb Terms. Thank you.
Note - The Infinity pool is closed for maintenance until August 22, 2017. The Kiddie Pool and Lap Pool beside are still open as normal.
Please make sure you gently close the Roller Blinds before you checkout.
No parties in the apartment and please respect the Neighbours.
No smoking or vaping in the apartment. There will be a $100 cleaning charge levied.
Empty the bins into the designated service area up the hallway behind the elevators.
Please dont leave the Dining Chairs on the balcony in the sun.
Please email a copy of your Passport and a name list of all guests at least 3 days prior to your arrival to ensure security compliance. This is to comply with the official security procedures of the building management and to allow the Access Card with photo to be produced prior to your arrival. The Concierge will guide you on the check in process. Please look after the Access Card. Loss will charge 3,000 peso. Security is tight in this building for your own safety.
Please leave the key and the access card inside the unit at check out.

Favourite places are anywhere with a beach, sailing and wind on my face. Motorcycles (air on the face again) and anything outdoors. I enjoy a good steak and red wine but find myself hitting the fast food places when I am on the road.
