Located just 5 kilometres from Adelaide’s CBD (Downtown), this immaculate, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house was originally built in 1900 and has been extended into a beautiful, fully-appointed family home, featuring 2 living room spaces and in-ground swimming pool. It’s a short walk to Welland Plaza Shopping centre, cafes and a Coles supermarket. Croydon train station is a 7 minute walk away, or its just 20 minutes by car to the CBD.
This beautifully extended and renovated period home has maintained its original flourishes, including warm timber Baltic floors, ornate cornices, ceiling roses and leadlight windows – but now also has all the comforts of a fully renovated home, such as ducted evaporative air conditioning and gas heating throughout.

The fully appointed, contemporary kitchen features a family-sized LG fridge, a stainless steel 4-burner gas cooktop, a Blanco wall oven, Fisher & Paykel twin dishwasher and espresso coffee maker. The kitchen flows through to a tiled, open-plan living/dining area with comfy lounge suite, a large flat-screen smart TV and a Sony stereo with mobile connectivity via Bluetooth, DAB radio and CD player. The internal dining suite seats 6. There’s also a separate second lounge area with its own TV, sofa, work space with desk and monitor.

The house has 4 bedrooms, including a separate large bedroom/rumpus room poolside. In the main house, 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds while another has bunk beds. These 3 bedrooms all have built-in robes. The 4th bedroom is self-contained by the pool and features 2 king single beds which can be pushed together to create a king size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has its own dedicated split air-con system for heating and cooling.

Back inside the main house, the heritage bathroom is tastefully tiled and comes with a large shower recess and corner bathtub, heat lamps and WC. The roomy laundry has a separate washing machine and dryer and its own private WC.
Perfect for outdoor entertaining, the house has an expansive timber deck, 8 person dining suite. At the rear of the property, enjoy a dip in the in-ground swimming pool, which is solar heated and protected by a sturdy glass fence.

The house also features double glazed and tinted front windows, a double carport with automatic roller door and a rainwater tank.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
