A private bedroom for two guests, with two single beds, sharing the use of a fully equipped kitchen and lounge in my personal private apartment, centrally located opposite the 5 Star Le Meridien Hotel, a block away from Balluta Bay in St. Julians,
Located on high grounds in a very quiet location, Lowndes Park Apartments are in a private residential building almost opposite the Five Star - Meridien Hotel and literally down the road to Balluta Bay. This apartment is close to all major language schools, shops, restaurants, and public transport. It is located between the shopping district of Sliema, the entertainment area of Paceville and St George's sandy beach. Water sports, scuba diving, gym facilities, heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and related activities are at your doorstep. A running track to the neighboring Pembroke coast or the more popular and much sought after waterfront promenade are down the road. This apartment is extra large and has three front large balconies. It comprises an entrance hall, large sitting dining room, kitchen and three double air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom is with an en-suite bathroom, and can sleep four guests comfortably, with plenty of wardrobe space for all. There is an additional guest shower/toilet. This bedroom has a back balcony. Also complimenting this property is an optional underlying interconnecting one-car lock-up garage, whilst a lift service is available from a common entrance.

All bedrooms are private and rented out on a self catering basis. Kitchen use is shared by all guests. Bed Linen is freshly laundered on a weekly basis.
Rates applicable are per bedroom per night. Single occupancy accepted at a reduced rate. Longer staying guests may also benefit from reduced rates.
Uniquely within the Fusion 4 portfolio, this property is a private residence, and therefore for our other guest's privacy and insurance purposes, we do NOT accept any non paying guests visiting this residence.
Pre allocation booking is only valid for 24 Hours.
Minimum stay between June and September is for 5 nights, however if space is showing as available between longer stays, your reservation for shorter stays can be accepted.
The whole apartment can be rented out privately at a pre-negotiable rate applicable at the time. When interested in renting this private property as a whole, now restricted for use only by mature adults, our house policy has to be accepted beforehand, unless guest is previously known to host. A copy of this house policy will be made available upon acceptance (not payment) of any rent applicable.

Fresh towels and linen provided, however not personal beach towels, however these are available till you buy your own, rather then pay excess baggage charges. Hair dryers are not provided.

Being a shared private apartment, possibly with the owner, House Rules are provided on arrival, discussed where in doubt, have to be accepted and strictly adhered to.
Non acceptance by the booking party or any of his or her guests can result in immediate cancellation of the entire group's accommodation at any time, with their refundable deposit or rental prepayment forfeited.
For security purposes, no outside guests are permitted to visit.
Being a private residence, a refundable security deposit (usually set at 100 euros per person) may be required on arrival.

Semi-retired, middle sixties, and a successful businessman living on my own. An extremely positive person who loves to please and entertain guests. An ex Airline Representative for forty years, ex Restaurant owner of Fusion 4, voted 'Pick of Valletta' on 'Lonely Planet', and which won numerous awards and accolades. A happy gentleman with loads of friends and contagious personality who will not stop at half measures to please his guests. Very active, adventurous, and a sailing freak. Love the sea passionately, enough to take time out to 'skipper' and 'deliver' sailing or motor yachts to any destination. A real free spirit, enjoying life and sharing whenever possible days or evenings out with my tenants. A guest at my restaurant once wrote about me 'Once in a while, someone amazing comes along ... and I found him here' . I guess that says it all. Here I am.
