We provide an exceptionally quiet, comfortable, eclectic and picturesque, b&b in the Adelaide "Tuscan" Hills. Our two storey sandstone home has lots of light and is settled in a beautiful one half acre garden where you can sit, walk, rest and recover. It is cooler here than on the Adelaide plains.
We have two separate rooms listed on Airbnb. This listing is for Honeyeater which is upstairs. This bedroom has a queen size bed, with an electric blanket, an overhead fan, fly screens and a room heater. Adjoining, is a separate, comfortable sitting room with reverse cycle air conditioning, small bar fridge and a large desk and chair. The sitting room leads onto a balcony with an outdoor seating area. All areas have magnificent views of the sea, hills, plains and surrounding trees.
These rooms have total privacy with full and sole use of the upstairs area. You can make a cup of tea/coffee here. The downstairs kitchen is not available.
There is large bathroom with bath, large shower cubicle and toilet. Bathroom essentials and a hair dryer are provided. There is another separate extra toilet. These are shared facilities.
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and consists of a choice of cereals, fruit in season, home made yoghurt, home made jams, toast, tea and real coffee. If you choose, we can join you at breakfast and chat.
