Mr Jerry Go a changer 3 fois le numéro de notre chambre par sms. Il est à noter que ça implique d' avoir une connexion ce qui n'est pas automatique. A l' arrivée, nous avions 1 chambre avec 1 seul lit alors que j' avais réservé un logement avec 2 lits. Il n'y avait pas de draps propres et qu'une serviette de toilettes. J'ai contacté par téléphone Mr Jerry qui n'a rien fait. Nous avons donc passé 1 seule nuit dans ce logement inadapté. Je vous demande expressément de procéder au remboursement de la 2ème nuit. J' aviser Mr Jerry de mon intention. Je déconseille de réserver une chambre. Même l' adresse est erronée puisque l'hôtel se nomme Beacon et que cela n'apparaît pas sur le document Airbnb. Je voyage beaucoup et réserve essentiellement par Airbnb et c'est la première fois que c'est à ce point la non conforme aux prestations. Max Pays.

マカティの部屋は写真と全く違います。ソファーもないし、カウンターもありません。 部屋はゴキブリが出ます。 良いところは延泊や変更の対応が柔軟なこと、ロケーションが良いことです。

DON'T BE SEDUCED BY THE LOW PRICE OF THE LODGEMENT - It's not worth it... This guy is a SCAMMER. The following are the 2 e-mails we sent to the host listing our concerns: FIRST E-MAIL: 1. The room given to us is not the one advertised in the AirBnB post. 2. The airconditioning does not cool well. 3. The window "curtain" is not a curtain at all, and we can't open the windows. 4. The bathroom is dirty upon our arrival. 5. The mirror is not fixed on the bathroom wall, making it difficult to shave. 6. The bed mattress is dirty and we doubt if the sheets are clean. 7. There is only 1 fork among the kitchen utensils. 8. There is a note on the bathroom that we will be charged more if we consumed more than required cubic meters. What is the allowable amount we can consume per day? And is there a meter where we can check how much we already consumed? If none, it will be easy for you to say we consumed more than the required amount and charge us more. Our stay is unsatisfactory because of all the above issues. We would like to request a refund because we would like to stay in another place much cleaner and more comfortable. Your immediate attention to this matter will be very much appreciated. Thank you. SECOND E-MAIL: Good day! We would like to bring other issues to your attention: 1.  The first lock on the door is broken, and we were almost locked inside our room. We have informed the building maintenance about it, and I believe they also informed you. 2.  The toilet takes long to drain and it continues to drain for more than 15 minutes. This consumes a lot of water obviously. 3. Water seeps under the kitchen sink and we don't know the source of the leak. The host proposed another lodgement after receiving our 1st e-mail but it was worse, so we decided to stay in the original lodgement. The host promised to provide us another lodgement but it never happened. After our 2nd e-mail we never heard from our host again. AIRBNB, where can we post actual photos of this lodgement? Also, can you stop this host from scamming again?

Sir Robin,we have 7 similar standard units in the building,apology if there are change in the room design,we are in process of updating photographs,we never charge for water use,we just want guests to use water wisely and never leave faucets open,i guess we must change wordings so as not to be misunderstood. We strive hard to offer Value for Money lodging thats why i insist on the lowest price possible so guests can save. Apology for the lapse in housekeeping. Rest assure that we never stop improving our system to provide travelers best value. Guest can always ask for refund if not satisfied. we are not scammers,you can always look for us in our submitted and verified profile.

There is good and bad. This place is bad. At least thats my view because - no contact with Jerry what so ever during the whole stay, no response to txt message, email anything. No reply regarding how to get to the condo from the airport. During the whole stay i have had zero contact. - The room was terrible, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. seems like jerry has 5 condos. i stepped on a cockroach as i walked in. - The bed had 5 matrasses with a bedcover and a thick brown blanket. There where 7 stains in the bedcover which 3 where blood. Also a black hair. No reply when asking for clean sheet. I took pictures. - The shower had no holder so you have to keep it up with one hand, terrible. - The cups in the dirty drawer had still some water in them. - Not 1 powerplug worked properly, my connections keep falling out. very annoying. After sending 25 messages about how fucked up this guy is i finally got a message from his secretary/cleaner that i could move from tower 1 to tower 2 at exactly 2 pm.. The cleaner called me at 1 pm and was very agitated i came at 2 pm. (as agreed). I told her about the stains but she did not care obviously. Tower 2 was a bit better then 1 but again after sending 8 times that a brown blanket is to hot, but i normal bedsheet would be nice i received a message that i would get it next day. The bedsheet never came. Positieve things - close to greenbelt - friendly reception. - good wifi All in all i would not recommend this place to anybody ( i never saw the room as on the picture) but then again not everybody might be as picky as me.

The wifi was excellent and it was located right by a Walter mart and Starbucks. However the pictures are not at all what the actual rooms look like. This is a very sneaky and dishonest trick.

Terrible. Ill never stay there again. The room picture is different from real room. And more, when I start to complain, the host didnt answer my call and message. NEVER GO TO JERRY HOUSE. Really bad host.
