This is a stylish and spacious beautiful modern fully furnished apartment overlooking Tokyo bay, rainbow bridge, Odaiba,etc in the centre of Tokyo. A thriving area developing in the fantastic city, Kachidoki is strategically located to all the major tourist destination sites.

AREA*

Kachidoki is just an awesome location. This place is so special because it is the middle of the city, yet very quiet and private. You are also only a nice 20 minute walk to all the action in Ginza if you so desire! VERY upscale area, convenient, and very central. Actually, many places you may want to go are walkable from here! It takes only 30 minutes to get Shibuya/Shinjuku by train.

This will be a private apartment all for you! You will receive the key and you can come and go as you please. It is a 3 BEDROOM Apartment with 1 bathroom. You can cook and do your laundry here. The apartment comes with free WI-FI as well. We are also renting a mobile WI-FI at 800 yen per day. Customer service by a English or Japanese staff is available.

CHECK-IN*

Check-in is at 5PM or ANYTIME after. Late check-in is always available for late night arriving flights.

CHECK-OUT*

Check-out is at 10AM

Early check-in / Late check-out may be available. However, please DON'T ask until 1-2 days before your check-in/out as I won't be able to answer you until then. If you want to guarantee check-in extremely early like 7-9am or check-out at 8-10pm because of your flight time, etc..... please feel free to book an extra night to make sure it is possible.

AVAILABILITY*

My caledar is basically ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE no matter what this website says. For your convenience, there is no need to ask me if it is available. Also, last-minute bookings are usually no problem. Typically, the first paid reservation will get the apartment/room. A short introduction of yourself is always nice. 2-3 Night Reservations may or may not be accepted. Please email me FIRST unless it is in within 3 weeks.

TRAIN INFORMATION*

Train timetables are on 2 websites: Hyperdia or Jorudan Trains in Japan. All the info you need is there! There is also an Airport Limousine Bus (not expensive) that has direct service from Narita and Haneda airports . All 3 have English websites.

More info provided in your ITINERARY after booking.

DIRECTIONS*

The address and excellent walking directions from the nearest train station(s) are provided in your ITINERARY once you have paid and been confirmed.

Late night arrival is always okay. I have a secure method of leaving you the key on site.

1) Things you must abide by as a guest at our apartment.
NO PARTIES / NO SMOKING inside the apartment or the balcony / NO SHOES inside the apartment/ NO ILLEGAL activities.
2) If you lose the key, we have to charge you 15,000 yen to issue a new key.
3) The neighbors are very sensitive on noise so please be careful when on the balcony and watch your tone of your voice.
4) Please remember that this is our home, so please have respect for the furniture in the apartment and neighbors.
5) Accidents happen I know, just please advise me of any damage that may arise.
6) Please make sure that there is Adult supervision watching small children on balcony and please keep any furniture from the side where it could cause children to climb on. I am not responsible for any accidents that could occur.
Check out Rules
1) Dishes need to be washed and countertops left the way you found them.
2) Please clean out all food in the fridge (unless it is unopened and you would like to leave it for the next guest)
3) Garbage and recycling needs to be separated to Burnable/Unburnable/Can/Bottles/Plastic bottles by yourself.
4) Final walk through together and double check for any forgotten items.

I am very articulate in what I do and in the way I see a property to manage. I believe having a good eye for what guests might like is important and so far we are achieving our goal of providing great properties with amazing views.

We have recently taken on a new property in Hawaii which will be our flagship property. It is amazing and will be available for rent starting November 1st, 2014.

Personally I like the finer things in life and all of my properties are on the higher scale of the typical listings, much in the way I like to travel. I think having space, comfort and amazing postcard views are important when looking for new properties. As you will see all of my properties have this specific feature.
