Situated in the heart of one of London’s most fashionable districts.

Each flat has hardwood flooring throughout, as well as sofas for extra guests and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries and each kitchen has a washing machine&dryer,dish washer , an oven, a fridge and a microwave.

The international bars and cuisine of Stoke Newington are on the property’s doorstep, and further eateries and boutique shops are 5-minute walk away.

Soho and London’s West End are 30 minutes away by public transport and Tower Bridge is 20 minutes away by bus.

Also, Hoxton has a strong Shakesperean history. In the 1500's Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet was performed here, starring William Shakespeare himself!

It is a perfect place to enjoy east London bars, restaurants and art or design galleries and shops. You will notice that Hoxton is central London's coolest area.

You will receive a set of keys on arrival.

For laundry there is a washer&dryer in the apartment and clean towels, bedsheets and linen are all provided for you. Everything you need is in the apartment waiting for you when you arrive. There's high speed WIFI internet, cable TV in the flat.

A- We are located in ZONE 2.

A - Stoke Newington station is 4/5 minutes walk away.

Q - What Time is Check in & Check out?
A - Check in is 3 pm ; Checkout 11am but we can be flexible on that according to previous and next guests.

A - You can take the First Capital Connect train to Farringdon, and change onto the Circle Line - 2 stops to Liverpool Street. from Liverpool Street; you can take a bus ride with 149 and the closest bus stop is Stoke Newington Police station which is just on the property’s doorstep.

Q - What is the best way to get to the apartment from Stansted ?
A - You can take the couch from Stansted to Liverpool Street n then from Liverpool Street; you can take a bus ride with 149 and the closest bus stop is Stoke Newington Police station which is just on the property’s doorstep.

Q - What if I need to check out very early ?
A - We have an easy check out without hassle ;so you can just leave the keys on the table in the kitchen and close the door behind, no hassle.

Hilmi was very responsive by email and text. The guys at the management office downstairs who also look after the flat were very nice and professional as well. The flat is as you see in the pictures. Basic, simple, clean. Perfectly fine for 2-4 people and a place I would recommend. Great neighborhood!

Very clean flat, nice bedrooms, splendid bathroom, and definitely one of the best location in London. Stoke Newington is just the perfect neighborhood with nice shops, restaurants, bars and all you can dream to spend a nice weekend!

Our staying was really smooth. Utku, Himli friend was very punctual to receive us. He gave us the keys, show us the flat and provide us with very useful information about how to move around (bus stops, train stations...) shops, etc... The flat was really clean and comfortable. Even if on the main street, it was quite quiet during the weekday and slightly more "hectic" during the weekend, but nothing excessive. A very good option for both leisure and business trips.

I was welcomed by Hilmi's friend as Hilmi was away as he said. The flat was in good condition just like the photos. The area was superb with many shops and supermarket. Transport was also good with buses and overground nearby. You cannot really fault it.

Had a great visit. The flat was immaculate inside clean fresh and modern. It easily accommodated two adults and three older children. Hilmi was a great host he accommodated us on short notice. Highly recommended as a pied a terre for visiting London and affordable too!
