Beautiful 1BD apartment, near Columbia Univ. 1 block from Riverside Park. Very sunny, air conditioner/heat, fully-furnished kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room in basement, wifi and piano. Bedroom with Queen size bed and a sofa bed for 2 extra people in living room.
This apartment is amazing because of the amount of sunlight it receives through its windows in the living room. It is very cozy and comfortable, with decoration from many different cultures around the world. We have an AC in the living room and another in the bedroom. The hallway is crowded and narrow – in Manhattan apartments we must use all the space we can get :) – and it might be difficult to move around certain suitcases, but we've always been able to manage it fine. High speed cable wifi is included, as well as a countertop dishwasher, and the building has laundry machines/dryers in the basement.
Accès des voyageurs
You can use the entire space, but please do not open our white and black closets. We will leave a fairly big brown armoire available for you.
We have a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. We recommend two guests to be comfortable, but it is possible for two couples (4 people) to fit.
The garbage is in the basement of the building.

Please do not eat our food, in the freezer or fridge.
If the electricity goes out, the circuit breaker panel is hidden under a framed collage of fire photos in the corridor. Open the little door and put all the switches back to the "on" position. The electricity will go out if you have too many electric devices working at the same time. E.g. don't have more than two of the following running at the same time: the two AC's, the dishwasher, and the microwave.
Guests can't make noise after 10pm or before 9am (no loud music or movies). No piano playing (unless you are a professional pianist with a special request).
