This completely renovated guest apartment is located on the first level of our circa 1835 family colonial in the heart of Saratoga. You will have a private entry and deck which flow into the enclosed yard and peaceful perennial gardens where you can enjoy a relaxing cocktail and barbecue with friends. Or you may prefer to park the car during your stay and take advantage of Saratoga's many amenities.

There are two tandem off street parking spaces with an option for a third if you are planning on parking your car for the duration of your stay. Apartment is fully equipped for all of your needs. There is a flat screened TV, Full Cable, C. Air , Gas Grill, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer.

Please note that that weekly and monthly fees quoted are off season rates. Off season is Jan. 1st to April 30th and excludes Dance Flurry week and weekend. Please note that in season minimum stay is three days. There are also Season Rates for the entire track meet ( July 24-Sept. 7th) or for the Month of August. Priority will be given to Full Seasonal Reservationuntil July 1st at which time we will be accepting week/weekend reservation for all remaining time slots. We have provided all you will need to enjoy your Saratoga visit. Please be considerate of weather conditions and adjust heating/cooling system settings accordingly. I will be available to answer any questions as they arise. If you opt. to open doors and windows please set air conditioning and heating settings to the "off" position. This has been has been such a wonderfully positive experience sharing the town I love with my Airbnb guests. A town I discovered and embraced as my own a little over 30 yrs. ago. After spending my childhood and young adulthood moving often and traveling extensively I was seeking a home, a place where I could set down roots and raise my two red headed sons. Upon my first visit to Saratoga Springs I knew I had found "it" and I can't imagine a more exciting, vibrant place to live.
As an interior designer I was intrigued with the history and architecture but Saratoga had seen better days and too many of it's treasured old homes were in serious disrepair......all I could see was the potential..... blind to the long hours of labor (not to mention expense) and that's how it started. Our first family project was the hands on restoration of a 14 room Victorian which was deemed uninhabitable. Five years later it was featured in a National Magazines as one of Saratoga's premier "Painted Lady's". That was the "first" and hopefully this circa 1835 Victorian will be my last Saratoga project (but I've said that before!).
Meanwhile my sons and I have purchased two houses in New Orleans which we are currently in the process of renovating. I consider New Orleans Saratoga's sister city. Both are imbued with a culture of art, love of unique architecture and a history of debauchery....what's not to love?
In college I was a pre-law, philosophy and art major but it has always been about architecture and renovations. My career as a designer has evolved into all aspects of the housing industry. As Deputy Commissioner of Saratoga Springs I aquired my NYS Assessment Certification. I'm a NYS Real Estate Agent and NY State Certified Appraiser but my passion and greatest joy comes from rebuilding and restoring historic architecture and now sharing it with my Airbnb guests.
