Cozy and romantic, ideally located in the historical center of Paris, this west-facing apartment will make your stay in the City of Lights an unforgettable one.
This very large studio (430 sqf - the main room is about 300sqf) is at the very heart of the Latin Quarter, 100 yards from Notre-Dame and the river Seine. Sitting on the 3rd floor of a 1732 building (Louis XV was king and George Washington only a couple of months old), it offers a breathtaking view of the church of Saint-Severin.
Completely remodeled in early 2014, the apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a great tiled bathroom with a large tub.
Sleeping arrangements consist in a (European) king-size bed that easily raises up to the ceiling during the day, freeing the space for an extended living area. Much easier and more comfortable than a fold out couch.
I wish I could spend my life hopping from one country to another, spending a couple of years in each one to discover the language, the culture and the people. But since I can't, for practical reasons, I found the next best thing: bring the world to my neck of the woods.
I am looking forward to welcome you to our home upon your next trip to the City of Lights.
