À propos de ce logement
This 1000 sq ft, top floor loft, has a great view of the city with an amazing rooftop and great food nearby.
The loft is in a converted warehouse on the border of Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. There are plenty of great places to eat only a short walk away. One of the two beds is contained in a small cabin that has been finished only to the point where the second bed is separated by a wall. It's a rustic little cabin in the heart of Brooklyn with a full bed. The open space bed is a queen. The couch is very deep and long and can easily sleep one. I have a queen sized air mattress as well. The space is ideal for 4 but can comfortably sleep 7.
Guests will have access to the rooftop. I have a small charcoal grill at the top of the stairs. There is also a laundry room at the end of the hall, a big deal here in NY. There is a printer/scanner in the office and a large desk to work on. The building is secure with a front door code, door codes for each floor and a keyed elevator.
I work a lot, but I work in Brooklyn, and will be available if there is anything you need. I am more than happy to help with directions, recommendations or anything else.
I love the diversity of this neighborhood and that in a few short blocks you can find yourself walking down tree lined streets with beautifully kept brownstones and parks. Scratch Bread, Dough, SUD, Marietta's and Putnam's are only a few of the great places to eat walking distance away.
The subway is not right outside the door but a 7-10 minute walk to the G train. If you go to the Bedford-Nostrand stop you can stop and grab a coffee or some breakfast.
The top floor here is smaller than all the rest and most have been here for quite a while so it is important to be respectful of the neighbors. Smoking can be done on the rooftop which is only a few step away.

We live in Philadelphia, PA. (Daniel) I'm an artisan and cobbler by trade and co-own a factory and line of mens wear, all made in New York. In Philly I am also a real estate agent. I spend a lot of time working back and forth but I enjoy riding my bike, skateboarding and motorcycles. I'm from Canada originally so I'm a really nice guy haha! (Jenna) I art direct the home goods department at a company here in Philly and a magazine out of New York. I also have my own line of sweaters. I love to host ladies art nights and have friends over for dinner! (Pringles) Purrrrrr....
