Three bedrooms, seven bedplaces, bathroom, large kitchen and large living room, very wide grass lawn outside the house.
Situated in a splendid, panoramic position on a hillside. Ideal location for a tranquil and charming stay in the Mugello countryside - one of the most beautiful places in the world.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with a big ancient fireplace, and the living room, both wide and charming.
On the first floor the bedrooms (one twin, one double, one double+single), a bathroom with shower.
All the rooms have window(s) and a wonderful view, ancient wooden beams, wooden doors. Simple but nice and warm furnishing (as usual in countryside).
Outside the house a very wide, beautiful and comfortable grass lawn. Much space for parking cars.
Accessible by car, better if 4 wheel drive: there are 2km of wonderful WHITE ROAD to reach the house.

- 7 km from Borgo San Lorenzo (the small capital of Mugello).
In few kilometers you can find many delicious restourants, wine and oil producers/shops, a golf field, Autodromo del Mugello, swimming pools, trekking and mountain bike routes on the Appennines, Bilancino lake with many sport activities (canoeing, sailing and windsurfing), fishing lakes and rivers, malls, shopping outlet.
