Flat inside a 17th century villa built in the Roman walls, close to the centre, very well connected , 5 min, walkind distance from a young and lively neighbourhood. Two bedrooms, entrance and a large kitchen.
The apartment is in a building that was added in the 1920s to an older complex that dates back to the 17th century. The villa is above ground level as it was build on a Roman aqueduct.
The flat, about 70 square metres, is composed of an entrance, two bedrooms, a large kitchen, one bathroom. The house is full of books, there is no tv, but we have wifi. The house is very old so there is no central heating, but every room is equipped with a gas heater, which is very safe and heats the house up in no time.

I am present at check-in and check-out, to show you the house, give you tips and information about Rome and how to get around, I am also available during your stay.
There are not many rules, though we ask to keep the noise down so as not to bother the neighbours, and no parties!

I was born in Rome 33 years ago, I am bilingual so this might help you during your stay! I was a professional dancer, I graduated in philosophy, I teach English and I love reading.. My house is very cosy, I like to let it to people who are travelling, meet new people and share my love of Rome. I usually stay not far from the flat so I am available most of the day. Feel free to email me for any further information!
