Situated in Glasgow's west end means easy access to Byres Road, Finnieston, and the picturesque Kelvingrove Park. The West End offers something for everyone including numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, and art galleries. For those with a love of the outdoors there is the chance to stroll along the waterfront and appreciate the breathtaking views of the city and River Clyde.
Glasgow University is a mile away and the new Queen Elizabeth University Hospital is less than five minutes commute by car or public transport. The ease of travel in total to any part of the city is only minutes by car due to the nearby motorway and Clydeside expressway, the main arteries of Glasgow. With regards to public transport there is easy access to bus, underground and train services.
The flat is fully furnished, decorated and equipped with WI-FI, hidden HD cables for laptops or other devices to be used from in both rooms. There is also a widescreen wall mounted TV and Playstation 3/Blueray player.

Everything in the flat will be made available and accessible. From the several chests of drawers and wardrobe space to the washing machine, crockery and electrical equipment.

I will be there on arrival and give an induction/guide of amenities but will never be in the flat unless requested. I will be staying elsewhere but I can come along if needed or for any queries.
The main door has secured entry with CCTV with a lift in the entrance and there is underground secure parking. The building also has a concierge service which provides a security service and also accepts deliveries of parcels for guests.
The flat is HD ready with hidden cables to watch or stream movies from laptop or tablet device to the wall mounted widescreen TV.
A playstaion 3 with blueray player will also be provided with a range of console games. The flat has a dishwasher and a range of up to the minute home gadgets.
Treat the place with respect as its my own private flat and leave it the way you found it. Flat will be inspected with the client before and after stay. Anything broken or damaged must be replaced like for like or a charge will be issued.
