This property has recently been updated to give it a modern feel whilst maintaining a chalet charm. Cozy up to the natural wood burning fireplace after a hard day on the mountains whilst watching your favourite Netflix show on the 55" Smart TV. There is even a guitar (yes a guitar) to enjoy whilst relaxing in the beauty that is Whistler.

The Painted Cliff complex is set in a beautiful and peaceful location on Blackcomb Mountain. During the winter you can ski-in and ski-out, or just hop on the FREE shuttle bus. This property sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms.

 WHISTLER BREAKS BOOKING & RENTAL POLICIES

These policies are firm and the booking guest and all members of the guest's party agree to conform to the below policies. Please read them carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about them.

Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties.

Minimum Age Policy
The minimum age requirement is 25 years. Please note that guests can be denied check-in if they do not meet the minimum age policy.

Refundable Damage Deposit
This will be refunded to you 7 days after departure once the cleaning/inspection has taken place and as long as everything in the unit is as it was prior to your arrival i.e. no damages, missing items.

Limit of Liability
We are excluded from liability for any loss of personal possessions or for personal bodily injury whilst in our properties, while in transit to, or while on resort property. Whistler Breaks acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf.

Housekeeping
The property will be cleaned ready for your arrival and immediately after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled, however please note that this is at the request and expense of the staying guest.

Parking
All of our units offer one free dedicated parking space. Please refer to the check-in instructions for additional vehicles.

Wifi & Internet Access - All our units offer complimentary Wifi Internet Access. Username & Passwords will be provided with the check-in details.

Property Damage
Guests assume all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by themselves or their guests. Costs for additional cleaning and repairs will be charged to your damage deposit. By booking and accepting our rental policy, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur, including fines for improper garbage disposal.

Pets - No pets are allowed within any of our rental properties.

Excessive Noise & Unruly Behaviour
Our units are located in quiet and peaceful neighbourhoods, please be aware that excessive noise will not be tolerated and will result in eviction. Please note that we (Whistler Breaks) or the building/strata manager reserve the right to evict any guest who displays behavior which results in damage to the property or is disruptive to other guests.

Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 59 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.

Unavailability of Property
In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Whistler Breaks (Rental Agent). Whistler Breaks will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such a replacement property cannot be found and be made available, Whistler Breaks shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Whistler Breaks shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement.

Our family of four (husband, wife, boys 11 and 9) had a great time at Whistler Blackcomb, staying in Debbie's condo! Debbie was helpful prior to our arrival with communications and tips, and was able to get us discounted lift tickets, which were placed in the condo the day we arrived. One of the best parts of this condo is the 20-second walk to get to the slopes! You literally walk about 30 meters from the condo door, and you're putting your boots into your skis / boards. Super convenient! The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed to make meals and relax. It was really nice that there were laundry machines and complimentary detergent there, too. The communal hot tub was appreciated also. Since this was our first time at Whistler Blackcomb, we didn't realize how much terrain there was to cover. The size and variety were massive and awesome! Given that, we would recommend to future renters to plan to eat lunch at one of the many restaurants/lodges located on the mountains, as skiing back to Debbie's place in the middle of the day takes up a fair amount of time. Plus, if you are there in the spring like we were, and the snow is getting pretty sloppy below 1,400 m, the last 10 minutes skiing down the condo will be more work through the slush. Lastly, I'll give a shout out to a few local services / places: 1. Nester's Market - offers online grocery ordering and delivery, so you can arrive with the condo already stocked with food (URL HIDDEN) 2. Ski Butlers - This was the second time we used Ski Butlers to order our rental skis online, and have them delivered to our condo for fitting/adjusting. They even come to adjust the bindings if you want them to during your trip, or to swap out skis if you want to try something different (URL HIDDEN) 3. Samurai Sushi - this was a really good sushi restaurant in the Creekside Village (10 minute drive from Debbie's); great prices and appears to be where the locals go. Not a lot of seating, but great for takeout (URL HIDDEN)

Debbie's place was great and even closer to the ski slopes as expected(Blackcomb). My group, 5 guys in their mid 20s fit comfortably and was perfect for a ski focused trip. The guitar was awesome to have and the hot tub was very enjoyable after our long days. The only aspect that slightly disappointed us was that the place did not come stalked with fire wood. However, Debbie was quick to respond on where we could purchase some. Would love to stay again.

What a great place! Debbie was amazing! She responds right away and her place is perfect. Great size, meticulously clean, and the ski on/off location is perfect. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back. Thank you for a great trip Debbie!

Wonderful place in a great location. The ski in and ski out made hopping out onto the slopes in the morning incredibly easy! Debbie was great in booking all our ski lessons, passes and rentals.

A wonderful spacious apartment and literally 20 meters from the slopes, best ever ski / in out location. Our host was super helpful and friendly. We really recommend this place.

Debbie was very easy to communicate with--very responsive. We were delighted to find some dark chocolate bars waiting for us when we arrived. The location could not be more perfect--literally a few feet away from the slope down to Blackcomb village. The condo has most of the necessities and is very comfortable. Also very convenient to the Whistler town shuttle, so easy to get to restaurants, etc.

Born in the UK and lived most of my life just outside of London. We visited Whistler on a number of occasions and moved here in July 2013. We absolutely love being in Whistler as we're keen skiers and also love the numerous outdoor activities and natural beauty of the summer months.
