Country comfort in a two bedroom house, artfully decorated, in a riparian setting by the San Francisco River. Peaceful environment, privacy, with horses, a large organic garden, fruit trees, pottery studio, and lots of wildlife.
We are located along the San Francisco River, in Pleasanton, NM. The home was formerly a gallery, and Jude's clay art as well as work by other local artists is displayed throughout. Simple, 2-bedroom house has a kitchen and a private bath with shower. Great birding opportunities from your porch. Large organic garden with fresh produce in season, and lots of butterflies. Cool mornings and warm afternoons most of the year. You can meet our Colonial Spanish Barb horses. They are desert hardy and good on rocky ground, and stand just 13-3 hands. Ours belong to the Wilbur Cruce strain.

I am a full-time potter, and show my work in Silver City and several other galleries. When I'm not in my studio, I'm usually with my horses (and mule). My husband Peter is an amateur naturalist, gardener, and the town plumber.
