Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance right across the park. Shops, Restaurants, para sailing, jet skis, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.

The studio has vinyl floors throughout. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven and Full Sized Refrigerator. Relax seated on the patio reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

The host was really great. Sarina and JJ they helped me a lot all the time. The studio is fantastic has everything you will need and more. the bathroom is great, clean and just new updated. shower is really big. TV internet I had it all. Plus the best part all of this right on the beach just a few steps and you down into the water. South mission beach is wonderful. There is a market open until 11pm and you can find all you need pretty much, two bars mexican place, i mean I dint need to go anywhere else. I will come back sure whenever I can. Thanks again Leo

I had to rent a place for a client who was going to be in town for a week. Luke was prompt and professional and the client reported he had a wonderful experience in at this great location just steps from the beach.

I'm only leaving this review because I was left a negative review by the host. Supposedly I was blasting music, smoking weed and left the place in disarray. None of this is true and the owner never said a word to me the entire time I was there. I will say that my neighbors were blasting music and smoking weed. Interestingly enough, this review was created after Luke double booked a second monthly reservation that I booked from 2/28 - 3/28. I had already paid, made travel plans and the reservation had been accepted. This guy has zero business sense and was completely unapologetic. I'll take my refund and never utilize airbnb again.

You are just a bad guest. If trashing the places where you stay is your cup of tea, and inconsideration for neighbors and possessions you don't own and are just using, that is your problem. And by the way I apologized multiple times. Good luck to anyone you rent from in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, only about a hundred yards from the beach, and a block from Belmont park. Having the reserved parking is great, but can be tight (especially if you have a large car). It's a great place to stay, especially for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again.
