Hello fellow travelers!
Welcome to my apartment in the heart of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The location is unbeatable, just 20 minutes from Manhattan. People love this area because is quiet but it has plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants to enjoy. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it has plenty of natural light, which we all adore. I hope you will feel at home in your new home away from home :)
The house is very spacious and large, bigger than it looks in the pictures! There are three common areas; kitchen, living room, and a studio room where we work with our computers. If you are coming to NYC to do research, or need a space to study/ work while you're here, you've found your place.
The house has only one bathroom and we are two people living in the house already; so if you come with another person there will be four of us and just one bathroom. This means that we'll have to be very respectful with our time and cleanliness in the restroom. Please keep this in mind!
Your room has a private entrance, so you can come in and out of the house in your own privacy.
As before mentioned, the apartment has three bedrooms; my room and two more (including yours). I usually rent them to long-term travelers (1-3 months) so you will share the apartment with me and another fellow Airbnb traveler. I like to have people from all over the world sharing this apartment with me, this is the beauty of Airbnb. The most important thing is respect and communication.
I am a traveler too and know the stress of arriving to a new city, so feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you!

It is important for me to have a good relationship with my guests because we are going to live together. Many of my past guests have become really good friends and I hope new friends are still to come.
The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the room on your departure. For those who stay longer than one week, please note that the cleaning fee does not cover the cleaning during your stay. You will need to help with the cleaning chores of the house. If you prefer not to clean during your stay, we can arrange for someone to come and clean for you. Please let me know in advance to arrange it. This will include an extra $80 per week.
Please don't forget to bring your slippers! No shoes inside the house
Please help us keep our home clean. Kitchen and bathroom are public spaces and they need to be spotless. Please take care of your hair after the shower, specially if it's long.
