If you need company or a city guide I can help you myself or arrange a professional city guide / enthusiast.
I have a post graduate diploma in WARSAW STUDIES from The University of Warsaw and a degree in Retail Interior Design from The London Institute, so I have transformed the studio to be perfect example of modern Warsaw living with a twist of history. I am eager to help you to have the best possible stay in Warsaw.
I would love to welcome you in my MODERNA apartment. It is perfectly located in the centre of Warsaw, between lovely parks and close to all main city attractions.
I am flexible with guest's arrival and departure, but please, TAKE NOTE OF MY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES! If your check-in is likely to be after 8PM please confirm the time with me first, before booking, or if you need to depart from the apartment before 9AM also consider that I have to travel to meet you and possibly rearrange my schedule. I reply to my messages promptly, so communicate with me to avoid disappointment. Thank you very much in advance!
I follow the general rule of the Polish Law- there is NO SMOKING allowed inside public spaces. I want to keep my lovely apartment smelling fresh and looking beautiful, so strictly NO SMOKING please.
If you choose to smoke outside the building please pick up your litter, do not leave cigarettes on the ground.
I am vegan and pet friendly, but I know how stressful it is for animals to be in new places, so if you want to bring a pet please get in touch and I will find you a better location for you and your pupil. This studio is not designed for pets.
I respect my neighbours and they respect me and I would like to keep it this way. If you after a loud, drinking weekend at home then this is not a place for you. I welcome people interested in getting to know my beloved city and sample the life in the best area of town.
I am concerned about our planet, so please RECYCLE, use the allocated bins and dispose of your trash correctly.
For insurance purposes it is of the highest importance to shut all the windows firmly before leaving the apartment and to lock both locks on the entry door.
Thank you and I will see you soon!
I am vegan, I love animals and travel, discovering new places.
