We designed this home to share with friends and family. It is spacious yet cozy. Very well maintained and really perfect for a week or two vacation in wonderfully unique Ptown.

All 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. There is a/c. We have a strict NO Pet, No Smoking policy. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10 am. May 15 through Sept 15 there is a 1 week minimum. Off season there is a 4 night minimum for holidays and a 3 night minimum for non holiday off season rentals. There is 1 car parking with house. Extra parking available in pay lot at bottom of street.

This space is fantastic! Sheila and Patti were such gracious hosts, answering any questions we had and making sure that we felt right at home. The space is comfortable, well-equipped, and the beds are SO comfortable. The decks make for perfect entertaining spaces, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking, serving cocktails and enjoying the company of others. Overall, I loved this location, and will keep 7 Standish in mind for all of my future trips to P-Town.

We enjoyed a great weekend at Sheila and Patti's. The place is perfectly located, right in the action but far enough for a quiet stay. Patti and Sheila are gracious hosts and the place is clean and comfortable.

House is perfectly located. It's a quick stroll right into town, but you're not so in the thick of things that it feels crowded or busy right by the house. The house is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for adults and children to mill around without feeling like you're on top of each other. It's also very well-appointed and full of all the things you need and want for everyday cooking, which is so nice when you're renting a place with a kitchen. Patti was quick on the texts and checked in to be sure we were doing well. A great vacation house for our family.

Hosts Patti and Sheila made us feel so welcome. Patti called a week before to go over details. She texted just after we arrived to make sure everything was ok, and then texted again mid-week to see how we were doing and to offer restaurant/sightseeing recommendations. House location is fantastic. Only a 5 minute walk to Commercial Street, yet the neighborhood is very quiet. Easy to access Province Lands bike trail via Conwell Street and Beech Forest trail entrance, where we could then bike to Herring Cove Beach, Race Point, and the Province Lands Visitor Center.

We had the most amazing experience - outstanding hosts. From initial viewing when they took the time to show us around till the very last day. Very special hosts indeed. The house is very spacious, very well equipped kitchen, ample living space and three good size bed rooms upstairs, one with direct access to outside sun deck with sea views. Also very conveniently located, only two blocks to commercial street, outstanding organic supermarket even closer. We would and will stay there again. Both an impeccable venue and the love and care the hosts looked after us are second to none. Thank you!

We had a great experience at the house. The house was very clean and modern. It was on a quiet street while only being 5 minutes or less to Commercial St. (walking time). We had a bit of trouble finding the house as there is a street and an avenue of the same name. The hosts were available from pre-booking to the night we left. They checked in with us, reminded us to take out trash, provided some basic house instructions on how to run things (dishwasher, where the trash is, etc). The only thing we wished for was that the couches were pull out beds. They did offer 2 blue mats that some of us slept on. With that being said... we never asked about the couches and knew going in that the house only had 3 queen beds. So this is more just a note for future travelers to not count on pull outs. Over all it was a great trip, a great home base, close to Commercial St. and we'd book it again.

For folks considering renting from us this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a great open living, dining, kitchen + a large den. It is ideal for 3 couples or 3 individuals that want to spread out and enjoy! If you need more than 3 bedrooms this is not the right house for you to rent. Thanks, Patti

Everything about this stay was easy. We had excellent communication (email and text messaging) with our host, Patti. She made us feel very welcomed and offered lots of opportunity for questions/clarity. Finding the house required close attention - Standish St is one thing, Standish AVENUE is where the house is located. The location was OUTSTANDING with an easy and fast walk to Commercial St, yet far enough away for quiet evenings and sleeping in. The house was everything we'd hoped for: clean, roomy, ours exclusively, private, relaxing, quiet, safe, and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and the washer/dryer helped with mid-week rejuvenation. The kitchen was very well appointed with just the right pot for every job. The house was perfectly sized and roomy for two couples to have together and not together times. A nice table on the downstairs deck provided a wonderful surf-and-turf home-cooked outdoor dinner option and great morning coffee gossip/planning location. The ceiling fans and window air conditioners provided just the right amount of indoor temperature control during this hot and somewhat muggy week. The Bose speaker in the living room was perfect for my iPad/Pandora mood-setting entertainment. The location is very walkable/bike rideable. We rented bikes for the week from Arnold's and rode everywhere, seashore to paved trails, from one end of town to the other. We felt very safe walking home late at night and leaving our bikes on or near the deck. There is a second, unrelated house located on the property and shares a rear gate/walking path. These neighbors in the back house were friendly, and gave us our privacy. We very rarely even saw them and hope we were equally under the radar for them. The major grocery store (Stop & Shop) was nearby for stocking up, and several gourmet/organic small places were close too (Far Land, Bradford Natural Market), though the best sandwiches came from Angel Foods on the east end. Patti text messaged us during the week with a check in to make sure we were happy (we were!) and gave clear instructions for easy in/out at the beginning and end of the stay. There were few requirements other than common sense things. We treated the house like it was ours, which is what everyone else appears to also do. I would certainly recommend this rental to others and would stay here again. Hope YOU choose this place and enjoy your Provincetown adventure as much as we did. Thank you, Patti and Sheila!
