Guests will have full access to apartments. They will be greeted by a staff member at the apartment and checked-in and will be given a set of keys. They will also receive a contact number for someone that will be on call at all times during your stay in the event of any emergencies.

You will be greeted by a member of the Pure Serviced Apartment Team on arrival where you will be taken through the check-in process. During the check in process we will require a photo id for the main guest as well as we need to see the credit card with which you secured your booking. We do this to irradiate any fraudulent activity so we kindly ask for your co-operation with this. You will also again be met with a member of the Pure Serviced Apartment Team at departure or make alternative arrangements for super early departures. For your convenience you will have telephonic access to a staff member in case of emergencies or for any other assistance that you need with regards to your accommodation during your stay.
Check-in will be available from 3pm to 7pm on arrival day but we need to know your intended check in time as soon as possible because this is a serviced apartment and therefore requires one of our staff members to meet and greet you at the apartment. Please contact us to make these arrangements as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hrs prior to your arrival.
We try our best to accommodate early and late check-ins but this is not always possible due to when the next check-ins might take place. If it is possible then there are extra charges that will apply. We charge £20 for an early check-in fee and £20 late check-in fee for the first hour after 7pm and then £5 per hour after that to a maximum of £40. Late check-outs will also incur a £20 charge. This amount must be paid cash on arrival to our representative.

Note that our office is only in operation Mon - Friday from 9am -5pm
If the above protocol is not followed by yourself and there is mis-communication then Pure Serviced Apartments will not be held responsible.
Only a max of 5 people are allowed to sleep over at this property.
No Parties allowed but you are allowed to host a few friends
No loud noise
No smoking on the premises
No illegal activities to be carried out from this premises or illegal substances consumed on this property.
If any of these are violated it will be grounds for immediate eviction from the property without a refund. We will also retain your deposit.
