Beautiful modern 1 bed, 1 bath. Small Fenced Yard with Weber grill and patio set for great cookouts. Fully equipped kitchen with everything a chef would need. WIFI (Free Netflix& pandora).
To sum it up, it's clean, cozy and modern. The kitchen is equipped with everything a chef would need to cook and enjoy great meals including a Kuerig coffee/tea machine. Fenced backyard with Weber grill for great cookouts. This is a duplex with two separate apartments. The upstairs apartment is rented to long term tenants. You each have access to your own private yards. Lots of local parks and trails to enjoy within walking distance. Two blocks walk from grocery store, McDonalds, Pizza, Chinese Food, Rite Aid and a bank. 5 min drive to turnpike, MERCK, Lansdale, Skippack shopping and dining, Whole foods, trader Joes, Montgomery county mall and more nearby. ** The upstairs tenants are quiet and very nice people but you will hear some occasional creaking of the hardwood floors above. I like to mention this for those who are sensitive to any kind of noise above. Most tenants have not expressed it to be a problem but it is noticeable.

If you need anything I'm just a phone call away, otherwise you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy :) . I can usually return calls, texts and emails within a couple of hours if not immediately.
Basic amenities that you will need for a one week stay will be provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, bed and bath linens, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Guests who stay longer than one week will need to replenish some of these supplies for their continued use (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.)
I'll email each guest a general "things to know" about the house before check in and a detailed list of recommendations of where to eat, shop, hike, exercise and other goodies only locals know about!
Simply put, I'd ask that you kindly treat my home the way you would want yours treated :) and notify me in the event of something needing my attention or if something broke. If we are not notified of something missing or needing attention the current tenant will be responsible for the damages. No smoking in the house please or a professional cleaning fee will be charged at checkout.
The driveway is reserved for the long term tenants in the upstairs apartment but there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house!
**When checking out please leave the house tidy and clean as it was handed over to you and:

2. Dispose of any perishable items from pantry and fridge that you purchased during your stay and empty all trash cans. Place garbage in trash bin in the side yard. Recycles go in orange bin.
3. Fill dishwasher with any dirty dishes and use detergent provided to start cleaning cycle.
4. Set thermostat to indications on "things to know document"
5. Turn out lights and lock front door
