Located just off McDonald Road, Papermill Wynd is a quiet residential area in the heart of Edinburgh, the apartment enjoys ease access to Princess Street and George Street with their wealth of shopping facilities and fashionable bars and restaurants.
With so much on your doorstep you may hardly need a car, but the apartment has a free controlled car parking space.
There are 2 bedrooms in the property all furnished with double and singles beds, and plenty of wardrobe space. The Master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room with wash hand basin and toilet, while the other bedroom share the use of a family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.
A double sofa bed in the living room completes the apartment
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment has full facilities including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and all kitchen utensils.
There is a free wireless broadband connection.
No smoking is allowed within the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance to city centre, also near a bus stop ( 50mt. ) Bus No. 13 will take you to George Street.
Terms and Conditions.
This property is let on the understanding that it is to be used as a holiday let. It therefore is subject to Section 12(2) and paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.
We'll send you an email confirming your booking, this then forms a contract of booking.
You are not permitted to sub-let the property (or any part of the property). The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the amount stated at time of booking.
You must vacate the premises without demand on the agreed departure date (at the agreed time). You agree to pay the lessor to cover any loss or damage caused (beyond general wear and tear). At all times, the property must be kept in a clean and tidy condition. We may charge you for any unreasonable amount of cleaning required after your stay.
You agree to prevent any party members from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents/neighbours. You agree that the hired premises will be secured when unoccupied during your stay. You agree that owners/agents will be allowed access to the property if required.
We recommend obtaining personal holiday insurance to cover any potential losses. We take no responsibility for any damage or injury however caused by any member of your party whilst you stay at the property.
We (including the property owners, managers and agents) accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of your party.
Please leave kitchen and the Apartment as you find it.
There will be a £30 charge for excessive cleaning. £ 50 charge for smoking and full deposit loss for parties. These charges will be taken from your security deposit.

Last minute 1 night booking considered.

From 2005 started "Studio Gattopardo Holiday Apartments" after purchasing an Apartment on Lake Maggiore ( Switzerland ),and more apartments in Edinburgh. I enjoy travelling and going to theatre.
