À propos de ce logement
A peaceful, clean, comfortable home that sleeps 4 with ease. If you're looking to be close to bus lines, the Max train, grocery store and restaurants, look no further. 2 story home with a summer garden in front and all the comforts of home.
Here are 3 things people love about my place - It's clean, comfortable and within easy access to the airport and downtown. Here are 2 things some guests don't like - I have a veg-friendly kitchen and I work hard to have less trash and recycling.
Quiet, clean, comfortable newer 2 story, 3 bedroom home 1/2 block from the QFC grocery store. 1/2 block from the Bus 20 line and 3/4 mile from the Max train to downtown and airport. 3 miles to downtown Portland.

When whole house is used I am off site, but I'm available by text and have someone to support me with any questions you may have.
Quiet, safe neighborhood that is just 1.5 miles from Mt. Tabor. Easy walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and the bus or Max train.
Great access to public transportation - see Portland Trimet website! The Route 20 bus stop is just 1/2 block away. It is about $27 for a 20-minute cab ride from the airport to my home, or $2.50 for a 40-minute ride via Max train to 60th, then bus 71 to Burnside, and bus 20 to 55th Avenue. Or you can walk 0.7 miles from the Max train 60th stop to my home. Portland is a very bike-friendly city and you can rent bikes from a place by the waterfront.
Help me recycle and use less plastic. My goal is to fill only 1/2 trashcan and 1/2 big blue bin of plastic in 2016. http://blog.airbnb.com/environmental-impacts-of-home-sharing/

I enjoy travel and have been to India, England, Wales, Germany, Greece, Hawaii, Mexico and lots of other places in the US. I walked 580 miles of the Camino de Santiago (in France and Spain) in the summer of 2013. I love walking (as you can tell), photography, awesome plant-based whole food meals and being in nature or visiting new places.
I am "very Portland" with a vegan diet, being eco-conscious, loving all the great food we offer and embracing creativity and diversity as a good thing. I am a retired RN manager, now gone blogger, who's exploring minimalism and creating a life well lived!
I am responsible, respectful and am easy to get along with. I am new to airbnb and at first I was a guest and liked it so much I am now a host!
